Top tier customer service
We've used Kyyo for a few years and cannot recommend them enough. There was a problem with our last order being damaged (at the point of manufacturing) but Patrick went out of his way to resolve it swiftly. His communication is always quick, friendly and professional and he sent an extra photocard for my daughter which she was thrilled with. Five star customer service always, even when I had to cancel an order. 100% recommend.

I received a damaged album in the post from KYYO so naturally I was a bit disappointed. I got in touch with KYYO, and received a very swift answer from Patrick who sorted this all out for me. I genuinely don’t think I’ve received such good customer service from a UK based kpop seller. Thanks guys 👍🏼

Great customer service
Bought NewJeans bluebook for my daughter’s Christmas present. Got here superfast, Kyyo had very thoughtfully taken the postal strike into account and used an alternative courier, unfortunately they crushed it completely (Evri) but Kyyo were super helpful and replaced with a new copy using the usual Royal Mail service once they received the old one back. Got here in immaculate condition.
Really helpful, understanding and courteous. Have recommended to my daughter for future harder-to-find gems.

Very reliable
Bought 5 albums (all Itzy) off them now. They're a great company to buy from. Albums always arrive as described, I've almost always pre-order and they always come with pre-order benefits. They even included a KPOP Christmas card last year!! They obviously take a while to ship, but since they come all the way from Korea it's understandable. They always give tracking numbers once they get here which has been very useful. Overall great company and I would recommend using them.
