I received a package and it was packed quite securely. I also got a free set of stickers and a Merry Christmas card with some Kpop idols. The order was very worth it.

Really great service. I'm thankful that we have kyyo as it's so much easier to buy from here than to ship internationally. It's also way cheaper! Everything always arrives really quickly and in perfect condition. I've also made returns before because I'm very indecisive about which versions of albums I want, and this has always been an easy process. Overall fab service :).

Great customer service, I got my package on time within 2 weeks of ordering. But I wanted to change the version of the album I ordered. So I asked if I could send it back and exchange. They said yes so I set it back and within a few days I got my album and the preorder bonus I asked for! They were very helpful and I will definitely buy from them again. I would recommend this site.

I get a lot of albums and photocards from here and I've never had an issue with them. Packaging is always fine even if your box gets a bit dented when being delivered you know that the contents will be untouched. Delivery is also quite fast (of cause it depends on where you live and how far away.) The most I've had to wait is five days as it is sent through Royal Mail. I would and have recommended to people that can't find a place to buy kpop albums as there is not a lot of places over here that do it.
