Excellent Umrah Experience – Truly Stress-Free
I had an amazing experience with this Umrah package company. Everything was perfectly scheduled from start to finish, and we did not have to stress about anything at all — including transportation. From airport pickups to ziarats and hotel transfers, everything ran smoothly and on time.
The hotels were great, the pricing was very reasonable, and overall the value was excellent. What really stood out was the customer care. Zubair Rasool personally checked in with me every single day to make sure our transport arrived, that we reached our destinations safely, and that everything was going well — whether it was the airport, ziarats, or hotel transfers.
That level of attention and care truly made the journey peaceful and worry-free. I’m very grateful for such a well-organized and supportive team and would highly recommend them to anyone planning Umrah.

o was told it was a 4,star hotel. got there it wasn’t even a 3 star i did point out to the agent that i’ve seen youtube it’s 3 he assured me it was 4 star. got there was told. no booking in our name. Had to get my son from england to book a hotel as it was such a busy time. the next day my son got a phone call they’ve found our booking got there and the hotel room had already people in there.after sorting that out we got the room. the filthiest hotel with a dirty toilet no shower. a bath tub with a shower curtain. The breakfast was supposed to be included but was told the agent had not booked breakfast which they did sort out the next day. The breakfast itself was a mish mash. i would not recommend booking through this company again. what was supposed to be a 24/7 helpline as i told them i will be complaining to Atol. stopped communicating altogether. so no more 24/7 helpline. it was a joke

I don't usually write reviews but my experience was so good that I just had to let people know! We decided in summer that we will be going for umrah and I started to look online for flights and hotels etc as I'd booked it myself the year before. Someone recommended speaking with Zubair from this travel agency so I thought I'd just check out the prices with them, firstly he got me the exact things I was searching for myself but a few hundred cheaper which was a bonus. Then I decided to just book through them to save myself the hassle. Once booked I thought that would be the last contact we have but NO! They literally stayed in touch at every single point. When we arrive at Jeddah they messaged to confirm we'd arrived, then made sure we found the taxi who was waiting, then made sure we had checked in okay even though it was very late at night! Same for our travel to Madina and check-in. I would rate the customer service 6/5 if I could, honestly it was great.

Also, we had to make some amendments to our booking a month before going. Zubair was so patient and helpful, spent a really long time sorting the changes for us and explained everything very well. I would 100% recommend this company. I should add that all my contact was through WhatsApp I as don't live local to them and have young kids so no time for long phone calls or meetings etc. It was all very seamless and there's an online portal for viewing your invoice which is really handy.

We decided to book our first umrah trip with Labbaik what a wonderful experience from start to finish brother Zubair was very professional through out the whole process and checked in on us regularly to make sure everything was to our expectations. Usman Ahmed was very helpful in accommodating our requirements. We had 4 people travelling from England, and 4 from Switzerland. He took time to find and arrange flights for us that were very convenient, managing to get us on the same connecting flight from Istanbul together.

He was very patient with my different requests and in addressing my concerns. Transport from airports was arranged and no problems with it.

I made an enquiry online, within a day I received a phone call from brother Essa. He was very supportive and tailoring the packages to our needs. Although I must say we decided to not go ahead with Umrah at this moment in time. I feel obliged to express my heartfelt gratitude to brother Essa for assisting us at any time of the day. He was always hands-on via what’s app and would follow up with phone calls when needed.

I appreciate his efforts to make this experience affordable and catered to our needs as we wanted to travel with two young children.
