I booked an Umrah package for three people with Labbaik Hajj Umrah through Adil Hussain, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment we booked until we returned from Umrah, Adil supported us at every step and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The package itself was good – the hotels were conveniently located close to the Harams, and the transport provided from the airport and between Makkah and Madinah was very comfortable and well-organised.

Brother Adil was exceptionally helpful, always available to answer questions and guide us throughout the journey.

My experience with brother Adil Hussain was great. He was communicating properly and well with me and keeping me updated with our umrah visas he also reassured me of any concerns and queries I had. I had also received my umrah visas within a couple of hours so was fast and effective process allhumdulillah was also really affordable for a big family like mine.

It was my first umrah with my family and it was already getting difficult for me as there are lots of travel agents and to make it even more difficult, relatives and friends also added their advice to the debate. However, after a long-time and careful considerations we managed to reduce out list to about 3 agents. Making Duas to Allah and after few Nafls of Salatul Hajjat we finally reduce to just one, Labbaik Hajj & Umrah Service (labbaikhajjumrah.co.uk).

It was Shameer who picked up the phone and took a lot of time to explain all the Umrah Packages and then tailored just the right package according to our requirements. He was always courteous and was always available to answer all our question no matter how basic and no matter how much time we needed. He replied to all our messages and questions on WhatsApp immediately, even while we were on the trip. He made sure our children also had the best experience on their first Umrah.

Shameer also managed to book a Umrah guide for us who could speak both English and Urdu which made it so much easier for all of us during our first umrah. We wanted to make sure we did everything correctly. The Umrah guide was excellent. He made sure he answered all my children’s questions and did not leave even after umrah was completed until we were satisfied. Over the next few days, we manged to do extra umrahs ourselves and for my late parents. we were so lucky that we all got to be near the Kabbah every day and managed to touch and kiss it many times.

Before leaving for umrah, I was worried about the transport, quality of hotels and shops and restaurant. Shameer arranged everything. We had nice luxurious air-conditioned Van from Jeddah airport to Mecca, then transport to Medina, all the Ziyarats and back to Jeddah airport was all arranged. I never had to pay anyone extra.

We decided to stay in a 3-star hotel as my children were teenagers and could walk. The hotel Shameer selected was near all the shops and 10mins walk to the Kabbah, and when in Medina, Masjid e Nabvi was about 8 mins walk. There were restaurants and all kinds of shops including for gifts and anything you could think of bringing back home. We drank so much Zamzam daily when in Haram and brought lots of it back daily into our hotel rooms.

I am so grateful to Shammer and Labbaik Hajj & Umrah Service for giving us the best experience of our lives. May Allah accept their service and our Umrahs.

I am already arranging to get my sister and her family booked for umrah and I already planning to discuss my Hajj plans with Shameer. Alhamdulillah, my Umrah trip was an unforgettable and peaceful experience. It was such a blessing to pray in the presence of the Holy Kaaba and experience the sacred places of Makkah and Madinah. Agent Usman Ahmad had dealt with my booking from start to finish effectively and at a professionally level with good customer service care. I didn't feel any hesitation in approaching Agent Usman for any concerns or isuues while i was in Saudia Arabia. He was attentive in his communication in responding with all matters.

I went umrah for the first time with my family, and booked it with Labbaik Hajj Umrah. Please be mindful, there are a few agents, under the same name. Don't get them confused, like I almost did.

I had never heard of them but saw a lot of positive reviews on TripAdvisor. Although sometimes you read reviews, you can still have bad experiences. I'm not going to lie, I was very sceptical as I have had stories where people have booked and got to the airport and there have been no booking.

I booked my package with brother Eesa. He was super helpful, patience and understanding. He gave good advice and was very efficient in his responses.

He sorted out our hotels, transport from airport to hotels, visas and flights. He even offered transport from Madinah to Makkah, but as we decided to go with train, this was something he couldn't book. Brother Eesa took the pressure of us and managed everything for us. A month before he asked us to send him pictures and within a week he sorted out the visas too. No issues. Honestly amazing service, Masha'Allah!!!

We booked Movenpick in Madinah, highly recommend for family as very convenient and excellent facilities.
Booked Swissotel in Makkah; AVOID at all costs. Very congested, rooms are very poor and issues with lifts.

When we checked in on the Sunday, 27th July 2025, the receptionist couldn't find our booking details. I rang brother Eesa around 9am UK time on a Sunday. He picked up in ONE ring!! I was so surprised by the service. Straight away he sorted the issue (the receptionist was inputting the wrong code, no error on Labbaik Hajj and Umrah side) and stayed on the phone the duration of the check-in.

Brother Eesa booked my transfers within my package. This service was exceptional too. They messaged me the day before to confirm time and location. Then the driver messaged me to introduce himself and his details. They were on time and not a minute late. They message you throughout to keep you in the loop. Highly recommend.

His package price was very competitive too, considering the services he offered.

Overall, I cannot recommend Labbaik Hajj and Umrah enough. Every step of the way they are there with you. Their customer service is impeccable. It really is beyond words. May Allah bless Brother Eesa for his dedication and help. I will recommend them to family and friends and I will definitely be considering them in the future when I go again, insha'Allah.
