I placed my order on Oct 5, and it still has not been received. This is not good business

I've ordered multiple times from Lab and have been pleased with timing and service. I mostly buy beauty products so sometimes things just aren't to my preference but with the savings, trying things isn't that big of a loss. I continue to check the beauty section before I purchase items at Sephora to compare.
