I have been ordering for 2 years now: good quality, quick responses and resolution of any issues.
Delivery was also quick. The only place I found the reagents and solvents I need. There was a delay in the delivery of one order, but it was because I had not filled out the form correctly. The other orders arrived quickly.
If I could give one piece of advice I would put a visible link to the end user statement on the home page.
I will continue to buy from Laboratorium Discount and I recommend everyone to use their services.

Despite all of complications with delivery and all of my questions they were always kind and happy to help and explain.

Initially shipped wrong product, but remedied well.

I received the wrong type of erlenmeyer flask and also was lacking a 3-neck flask due to stock issue, but after contacting customer support they replied to me on a sunday(!) and by monday they had shipped me replacement products and added in some other products I requested for which I did not have to pay shipping for.

I read some bad reviews here, but so far my two experiences have been good, though it would have been ideal if I was informed of the flask being out of stock prior to shipping.

The prices are generally good and quality of products is good value as well.

Horrible Company. I believe this to be a relabelling-scam that orders low quality products from china and relabels them. I have no concrete evidence, but this would also explain the fact that there is only one person working there who acts extremely rude.

Many of the Chemicals I ordered do not seem to match the purity rating on the label and some packaging is inferior. I ordered Acids and Fuel that were packed in pre-rusted metal containers which kept rusting at a rapid pace and started leaking after just a few months.
I also ordered pure VG and PG and both had a distinct smell/taste which I have never experienced before with products with similar purity rating.

Delivery Times are also extremely unreliable. As of now I have been waiting for almost a full month for delivery status updates and still haven't received my order. This is not the first time it took so long for delivery.
The search functionality on the website is also annoying and not very useful because it often shows substances that don't have anything to do with the term you searched for.

The support is also extremely rude and refused to answer my question about delivery status three times.

Edit: I would also like to publish the extremely rude reply I got from the customer service. Also notice that I asked when it will be sent and he refused to answer me.

"You honestly think we can drop 50k chemicals + and brand labware? If you just greeted us normally instead of a couple of questionmarks you would have gotten a normal answer, also if you experience with us last time was already so bad why order another time? A simple email or phone call which of course you are to afraid to make would have answered all your questions and worries within 1 minute.

Shipping is fast, and Customer service is great. I needed a help with my purchase and they tried every way to help me. Will purchase here again and again

In the website is written 3-5 delivery days from order.
In reality is 3-5 days before shipment.
My order was done on the 10th and it was delivered only on the 21st. 11 days after.
Now I asked for a return since the order arrived too late and the customer service instead of supporting and finding solutions denies the mistake.

Quick delivery and well-packaged—everything arrived in perfect condition!

I ordered 2 items (ORD93343) from this site on January 6th. I have since sent several emails and used the contact form and have not received any news. I have not received my products so I asked for a refund. They do not respond to me, I think I have been scammed or that this company is bankrupt because they no longer process any messages. If this gets fixed and they give me news I will update my review.

EDIT du 20/01/25 : Following this review on trustpilot, my package seems to be prepared today (ORD93343). It's a shame to have to get to this point to get a response from you to my messages. When I receive my package I will update my review to keep other users informed. I sended you 5 emails and form from your website.

EDIT 23/01/25 : Following my review on this site, the situation was quickly resolved. I received the products which appear to be compliant. Too bad that customer service by email and contact form encountered problems and that I had to go through a comment to receive a response... Problem solved, thank you.
