Ordered two items that seemingly were in stock. Waited a week or so for tracking number. Sent mail that give me the tracking number or refund please. Got reply that I will be refunded. Its been 4 business days now and it is clear that they are holding my money and did not refund. Looks like they operate from home and order stuff from china only after a customer places an order. Expensive, slow and shady.

Only issue so far is that one is only informed about backorder items upon the arrival of the package by checking the delivery note, as there is sadly no information on that beforehand.

It’s surprising that you have time to respond on Trustpilot but not to my emails. My dissatisfaction stems from multiple issues: shipping delays (one order took 12 days to ship instead of 3-5 as promised, making it impossible for me to collect; another wasn’t shipped for weeks despite my cancellation request), lack of communication (no response since October 23rd), and a dismissive attitude blaming me for problems caused by your delays.

if you saw the order for Croatia, you should have contact me and return the money, and as for the other reviews that are similar, what does that mean that they are not true?
You don't answer on emails, but when a negative review arrives, you're there in a second...

What i need to do to get my money back?

Eine Katastrophe. Seit Monaten (!) versuche ich erfolglos eine Gutschrift für zwei nicht gelieferte Produkte zu erhalten. Erst hat man mich dreimal (!) nach meiner IBAN gefragt, jedes Mal sind dazwischen Wochen vergangen. Dann hat man nach ca. einem Monat die Gutschrift für eines der Produkte refundiert. Jetzt werde ich nicht mehr nach dem IBAN gefragt, sondern plötzlich versteht man kein Deutsch mehr und ich solle noch einmal alles auf Englisch schreiben. Der ganze Prozess war und ist extrem mühsam. Man sollte sich gut überlegen, ob man dort etwas bestellt und gute Nerven haben.

This was not a surprise. Like in all other answers to all other negative feedback it is of course the customers who is the problem. You should really change your attitude. I get e-mail conversation in German language from you and I answer to exactly these mails. If you can't keep track of your customer conversation history you better work on that too. The problem is also not the fact that you did not send the products I ordered, it is that you are not capable of paying me my money back in a reasonable time. Until today I wait for my refund. So stop your passive aggressive communication and start doing your job. Thank you.

Provider do not answer at any mail, do not ship any product and kepp money. I'm oblige to report to police as fraud. Worst experience ever.

I received the product quickly, in two weeks as indicated. Unfortunately, the package suffered a shock that broke the container inside, but after contacting customer service, which responds quickly by email, I sent them photos and another product was sent, even more quickly. Very well packaged. I can only recommend this site.

Today I received my order. 3 weeks took to have it. Because of errors caused by e-mail who put the company answer into my spam folder I wrote a very bad comment for this company.
At the end, everything was fine but still, the logistic need to be improved, the customer service need to be improve. For this, one star minus. Thanks for delivery, late but still done.
