Laboratoriumdiscounter is Terrible company.
Terrible company.
Our experience with them started more than six months ago when we ordered a variety of chemicals and lab equipment for our work. The service, however, was just awful.
Order delivery: The items were shipped in parts, using both standard postal services and courier companies. More than half of the chemicals never arrived, and the delivery dates kept getting pushed back. When I hinted that it was time to complete the delivery, they claimed that everything had been sent via GLS. Neither GLS nor Laboratorium Discounter informed us about the arrival of the package, and it was sent back.
Second shipment: After that, they made another shipment, but even then, several items were missing.
Customer service: The company's employees responded with disdain, as if they were doing us a favor instead of providing a service.
To top it off, the delays caused by this company's negligence disrupted our production schedules and left our chemists frustrated as they had to constantly find workarounds to handle the missing supplies.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, don't deal with this company. They are absolute amateurs.

We send AND resend youir order 8 (eight!) times. which us having to pay the shipping cost to Finland everytime without us ask any extra money for it. Every time you received the tracking code and could have seen exactly what was going on. It is to bad we can not upload pictures here to show other customers how many times we resecond your order.
Perhaps there was one or 2 mistakes from either our side or the GLS's side but according to the tracking codes multiple times there was no one available at your site to accept the packages and got send back to us. (which we also did not charge extra for)
