I had a great experience with both Michael and
Cassey-Ann on a sale of a share of freehold flat and purchase of a mixed used grade two listed property that didn't quite fit into typical criteria. They were efficient, very helpful and had great communication.

We were fortunate enough to have Cassey-Ann and the team at Labrums act on our behalf during our recent house move. Throughout the whole conveyancing process (which was slightly problematic due to one link in our chain) Cassey-Ann was simply fantastic. She remain very much ahead of the game, ensuring all our documentation was secure and relevant searches completed and queries dealt with promptly. Her communication was awesome - always responding with clarity and in a timely manner. Our exchange and completion occurred smoothly (with Cassey-Ann ensuring we were kept fully updated on our exchange despite her being on annual leave on the day!). Laura Mills recently was assigned to our house sale and purchase. She was brilliant. So attentive, always chasing the other parties without us having to ask. She was often one step ahead of all other parties and explained everything to us along the way. We would only ever come back to Labrums and Laura with any future house moves- she was wonderful.
