In the past 4+ years (after a layoff) I have been assisting my husband with his business and its growth, while also knowing I would eventually return back to the enterprise/corporate world. I would start my search and then get pulled back into the family business. I finally decided I needed to get someone to hold me a bit more accountable. I enlisted the services of Labtuit and I am so glad I did.

Three key factors:
1. The service was phenomenal and my advisor, Brian was genuine, giving me great real-time guidance and advice while remaining patient knowing I was still assisting the family business. He was always there in the background, keeping me accountable, which I needed to keep the fires stoked!
2. Financial Model is great in that it is not $10k-$20k directly out of your pocket with no guarantee of a position but rather a smaller upfront fee to ensure you are serious and then the remaining fee paid once you have accepted an offer, payable in 3 payments after you have started your position.
3. My resume rewrite was wonderful as well. Brian was instrumental in taking my resume to the next level, crafting my experience and education in a way that really gave me my resume the facelift needed to be relevant in 2021.

I heard about Labtuit through LinkedIn. I had not job hunted in 13 years. They did a good job of getting me up to date with my LinkedIn profile, how to write a cover letter, what employers look for on job sites. They did an excellent job with my resume and explain to me the importance of a plane resume and why they did what they did.
The mock interviews were priceless. I can't tell you the importance of the interview that I did with someone in my field.He also became a part of my business network.
I ended up getting 2 offers. I was able to choose what job was the best for me. I would recommend their services and would use them again.

I started working with Brian regarding my transition journey into the analytics space and he made sure that the Labtuit team was there for me. Their content is really good in terms of positioning yourself well in the job market which includes cover letter, brushing your resume/LinkedIn. Before I signed up Labtuit I was employed in a low paying job and was actively seeking better opportunities with little luck or breakthrough. It was then I was made aware of Labtuit by a friend of mine who said they are really good. Based on her advice and also the reviews that I came across on the website I felt the way they operate is quite different from others and would be worth a try to boost my job hunt efforts. I immediately signed with Labtuit and right from the beginning the way they conducted proceedings was really professional and transparent. My resume underwent a complete transformation which personally felt really satisfying. The standout or USP however at Labtuit is the reach out campaign which is done with an aim to build network with professionals which enhances your chances of being called for an interview or getting recruited. Till that point I had personally made no efforts on the networking front, however Labtuit, with their holistic approach helped me on this aspect and the results were quite evident. I was apple to connect with a good number of people in various companies. While building referrals doesn't necessarily guarantee a job offer, it definitely makes you noticeable and gives you a better chance and that was something which I was able to work on consistently.
On top of this I had a couple of mock interview sessions which really helped fine tune my skills in being able to respond to commonly asked interview skills.
All these efforts bore fruit, and I was able to land a new job offer with a 30% hike in salary over my previous job, within 3 weeks of signing up with Labtuit.

My experience with Labtuit was good. I found the referral emails to be the greatest help in landing my job. The mock interviews helped me to get more confident in interviews and be more prepared for the challenging questions asked during a job interview. I would recommend Labtuit service to job seekers who are having trouble getting responses back from job applications.

I first heard about Labtuit from my connections on LinkedIn and I wanted to try and see if it could help me with my job search. I had been seeking a lot of help from career counsellors before but Labtuit assists in a way that would help build a great volume of connections in the most effective manner. They offer a strategic way of approaching every part of the search such as - resume building, growing your network, interview preparation, offer negotiation and transitioning into the new job. Apart from all of these, what I personally felt most valuable was the multiple focused video/audio calls with an advisor to practice with them. It was also extremely helpful to have mock interviews with a technical industry expert before an upcoming interview to gain more confidence. Another aspect I felt was the best part of their approach and that makes stand them apart from everyone else, is their outreach campaign which is designed to effectively grow your professional network on a long term basis. I have closely worked with Brian, and he has been wonderful in helping me understand my areas of improvement and eventually push me into developing a thought process that would help me be a strong prospective candidate. I have also worked with Laura, Ina and Vajid who have guided me on both the behavioral and technical competencies. I would like to thank all of them for being a part of my journey and for transitioning it from being a stressful one to a more enriching and wholesome experience. I would also like to thank Alex, who has been wonderful in guiding me through the very beginning including onboarding to navigating the offer stage.

The service offered was great. The advisors were friendly and very responsive. Communication to me was clear and concise. Everything about what I was told to what was provided, was exact. There was no hassle with my payment as well.
That said, I only wish they had a deeper reach or provided slightly more assistance in letting clients gain a better foothold with their respective applications than just being at the mercy of the supposed referrals. Relying solely on a few people from the companies seems to not have enough effect.

As an individual who jumped into the workforce out of college, there was very little time to develop the critical skills that Labtuit was able to offer me. There are certain little steps in the career development process that never even dawned on me until I began working with my team at Labtuit.

Finding the kind of job you want will provide you some ups and downs, but what you realize (if you are willing to work at it) is that once you start speaking with many companies, your skills will improve quickly and they will carry over to the rest of your career. As I was with the same company for a long time, the few times I did interview in that decade never felt like an organic conversation. Now when I have interviews and conversations, there are very few surprises if the role is a fit.

I wanted to work for one specific company from the onset of my Labtuit engagement, and I believe some of the skills I developed with Labtuit's help did actually get me over the hurdles of landing that role.

Do the work, be patient, and take everything in stride. Labtuit will be there whenever you need them along the way.

They helped me landing on a job. The process was helping me organizing and improving my job search, like how to find jobs that matches my profile the most.

The communication with company was great they responded quickly as soon as possible.

I think they still can improve the emails reaching out process to try finding the most appropriate person for the position.

I accepted a new position very early into my use of Labtuit. Nevertheless, I found the responsiveness, resources, mentoring sessions, and resume rewrite extremely useful for reframing my job search process as I moved from academia to a different industry.

My journey with Labtuit has been amazing. The service of getting referrals actually helped me to secure the position I wanted to work in. All the material that was provided and the resume optimization session really helped me a lot to get calls. The Mock interviews provided by Labtuit also helped me to gain confidence for my final interviews. Brian has also been super helpful and supportive throughout our sessions. Lastly, I have learned many tricks and tips that are required for the job-hunting process which is going to benefit me in the future as well.

Overall, I had a great experience with Labtuit. I first started using Labtuit’s services before the pandemic. When the pandemic started, I changed my career search game plan because I was changing fields and knew finding a job was going to be difficult. Labtuit was flexible in allowing me to find some temporary work while still using their services to find a job in my desired field. I believe their most valuable quality is their network of connections. They were always able to find three or more people to reach out to for whatever company I was applying to. This is great because the connections are usually what lead to the job. If I were rating the connection network alone, it would be 5 stars. However, they also have other services that help you prepare for the search and the negotiations once you find a job. I did not use all of these services, but I thought the ones I did use were haphazardly put together. For example, they rewrite your resume and write introductory emails for your outreach to companies. This is obviously a valuable feature, but I would highly recommend you proofread their work to check for typos, check to make sure if flows properly, and finally that it even makes sense. It may have been because of my unique circumstances, but I completely rewrote the introductory email they wrote for me because it did not make sense. This is the reasoning behind the 4 star review. Finally, I just want to reiterate that I skipped many of the services they offered, so this review is primarily about the finding a job portion of their services, not the interview prep or the negotiation prep.

Brian really helped me in terms of getting more confident while giving interviews and also helping me revise my resume. I would totally and have recommended this service to my friends.

The services provided by Labtuit was beyond professional, timely and holistic. They helped me end-to-end with the search. Brian helped me further upgrade my professionally written resume. The general and technical interview prep sessions helped me crack interviews with several organizations. I was in a position to choose from multiple offers. The key value-add for me was the email networking with the organizations that I was targeting. I know Labtuit from a comment on LinkedIn. 3% of first-year base salary is not much but I was curious about their services. There are some good and bad reviews in Quora and Trustpilot but I decided to get their help in my job search.
My experience with Labtuit is great. I landed the job after 6 weeks even I didn't use all services (I would land a job faster if I worked harder :) ). I had more interviews and offers and finally, I landed my dream job.
My case is that I don't have the skills for interviews and I don't have any network. Working with Labtuit, their Referal Outreach Section helped me connect to the right people in the industry and they rewrote my resume to make it better.
I don't like some first sections, I had to finish some assignments before I can book a call but after I spent time to get it done, I understand what jobs I would fit in.
Labtuit doesn't bring the job for you but they help you prepare for interviews and grow your network. And all of that help you land your job (of course, you must work hard on it as well)
I wish I knew Labtuit earlier. Before working with Labtuit, it took me 6 months to find a job then I quit because I don't like it.
Don't waste your time looking around. I highly recommend Labtuit.
