Horrible. I placed a duplicate order by mistake but emailed the company within minutes advising them of the issue and to please cancel 1 of the orders. 4 days later I receive a reply saying it’s been shipped and they couldn’t cancel it. 3 weeks later I finally received it but as per previous reviews, they were not in a box. They were in a silver package. I emailed them once again for the return and they advised me I would have to pay the return shipping. I refuse to pay for the shipping as I did my part and emailed them right away but I guess they don’t have customer service reps working around the clock. That email was sent over a week ago and still no reply. I have emailed them about 3 times since and nothing. So I will be filing a dispute with my CC company.

To start it took a full month for my order to arrive. Then when I got the five stitches they arrived without boxes. The return address appears to be a home address for a woman (whose name I won't post here) so definitely not a legit company. I wrongfully assumed I would get five different ones but two were exactly the same. Quality was terrible. Residual glue on the faces and they look terrible. I would love to know how they got the licensing from Disney for this product. Buyer Beware

Do not order.
Looks great but when the items arrived they were in a cheap silver packet, no presentation box as displayed.
The seal on one of the items was already open when it arrived and dispute raising this and the poor quality of it immediately customer service refused to do anything about it as it was in sealed condition!! But that is one of the things I was complaining about, not only did the ‘surprise’ toy arrive in no presentation box, one of them was already open!! Absolutely shocking and extremely disappointed children for gifts! Will be escalating this further, consumer rights completely ignored!

Fraudulent, false advertising scam of a company … ordered from these on their buy 1 get 1 free today only with 5% discount received 1 item had numerous conversations with them and they constantly insist that the free 1 is a mystery gift inside the box. I have sent them pictures of what I received and even a screenshot of what I ordered but still in denial and refuse to do anything about it. The one day only is rubbish they advertised this offer ongoing … they don’t send your full order which they charge at stupid rates even with a small discount… avoid at all costs … bad company with even worse customer service.

Think this is fraud site. Ordered 4 weeks ago and have not received. Tracking shows as going from facility to facility but does not state where just out for delivery. Window was last week. Can almost guarantee will be fake if ever received with no bar codes.

I ordered 3 weeks ago the 1+1 stitch deal and had a confirmation email but nothing since the tracking they told me to follow just shows my receipt and nothing more,I email to have no reply.
