Lacbleu UK is an independent vineyard and distributor, bringing beautiful wines from some of the finest regions of France to wine lovers worldwide. The original château in Bordeaux can trace its viticultural roots back over two hundred years to around the time of the French Revolution. Today, whilst we do maintain the tradition of growing our own wines on site, we mostly focus on curating a selection of wines from hand-picked vineyards throughout Bordeaux, Burgundy and surrounding regions that we sell under our global Lacbleu brand. Each year we ship around 60,000 bottles of French wine to customers around the world and have dedicated distribution centres in both London, UK and Shanghai, China.

The reply from Oliver wasn’t just for them to send it out that day; but also with an even quicker shipping option, followed up by emails letting me know of the parcels whereabouts. I brought 2 lovely Dutch ovens from Lacbleu. They arrived in about 36 hours of being ordered. They were packed wonderfully and even thought they are ceramic, they arrived unscathed. Great products& I would recommend to Friends & Family.

Excellent customer service from Oliver when a gift I had ordered for my husband's birthday was misdelivered to the completely wrong address, same house number, but a local street some distance away. the houseowner kindly contacted the address on the package and Oliver made sure to let me know where the parcel was.
Good secure packaging, and the gift will be sure to delight - a fine jigsaw of the Wines of Spain.

Our store was closed for a couple of weeks in January and, although we did try to make this clear with a notice on the homepage, and all delivery estimates were set to the 14th February, it is possible that it wasn't clear enough. In any case, we're happy you like the product and hope to serve you again!

Very informative website made ordering simple and the care that went into packing the two fragile ceramic products that I bought was excellent. They arrived in perfect condition and very quickly so are already in use making wonderful home made French baguettes and rolls !

Brilliant service and quality item
I needed to return an item after realising that I'd ordered the wrong knife. The quality was excellent - but I'd ordered a silver finish rather than brass and it was a present to match other knives and I wanted to get it right. The company were brilliant - very efficient and understanding.
