No watch strap and no response
Ordered a new watch strap from them nearly 3 weeks ago, keep checking and my order is still showing as received but not dispatched. Contacted them 3 times and they are ghosting me. I’m starting to think they’ve gone under so wouldn’t order from them

They keep stretching
Lacebands look great in the advert and upon receipt, I thought all was perfect. A cracking option for my Garmin Vivoactive, or so I thought.
It was after the second or third workout when I noticed the strap seemed to be looser on my wrist than at first. In fact after a few more workouts it became obvious that the strap circumference was increasing exponentially.
Spinning freely around my wrist and now lower forearm I've had to order another one from elsewhere, as I can't keep wearing it just below my elbow.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service - ordered a watch screen cover on June 27, and got a confirmation email, with the promise of delivery within 1-2 days after the order was processed.
I emailed their support team when it didn't arrive, and I'm still waiting (July 8) Tried the online helpbot but it just said the order was still to be sent.
No phone number to speak to a person - they must all be watching tennis!

Do not buy
Do not buy, the strap didn’t fit my venu, I returned only to have the return refused with no contact or explanation. Bought a strap for £9.99 on amazon that actually fitted and will be claiming though my bank to get a refund due to awful service. Do not purchase for a garmin in venu.

Great quality, great colours and excellent price
Loved the single loop bands for my iwatch10. Really good quality and funky colours. I was delighted when I received my bands and they were impossible to tell they were not Apple bands - apart from the cost being 1/3 of the price of the Apple bands.

I love my lace bands straps
I love my lace bands straps, they are so comfortable. They are the most comfy bands I’ve had for my Apple Watch, and I’ve tried quite a few!
I wasn’t sure what size I’d need, so I went for a ‘L’ and it fit as me perfectly.
I had an issue with the face, the tab used to pull off the film came off, so a manufacturing issue, not Lacebands fault; but the customer service I received was great, and I’m getting a replacement.

Placed an order and paid 24hour tracked delivery. Delivery hasn’t arrived and when looked at the tracking it says it won’t be here for another 1-2 weeks. Emailed the company and no response. Called the number on the website and when finally got through to someone told that they are nothing to do with them.

Scammers, products not fit for purpose
As with another reviewer, I have been scammed by this company with false advertising. I had previously ordered straps for my old watch and had no problem but I have now upgraded and ordered new straps for my now larger 42mm watch which do not fit (the connectors are much too large for the watch).
I contacted customer service and was immediately accused of ordering the wrong size after they pulled up my previous order for a different sized watch. I explained I had bought a new watch and wanted a refund and then was told as the straps were “on sale” they are not entitled to be refunded. The sale being referred to is a permanent “buy 2 get a 3rd free” discount code which has been advertised on the site every time I have browsed and when ordering previous straps.
I was offered replacements but this would be pointless since the size they make still would not fit my watch.
This company is disingenuous and scamming people out of their money as they cannot offer a product that is fit for purpose. They pretend to have a fair customer satisfaction/refund policy but then counter this by having their entire catalogue on sale at all times and refusing to refund “on sale” items.
I will be contacting Trading Standards as this is a clear violation of their laws.

The refund policy is misleading
The refund policy is misleading. On the far section on the product page it says there is a 30 day return policy for refund or exchange. Only when trying to return did I find the information if you purchased with a discount then you can’t have a refund. As pretty much everything on the site is on offer then you are not able to get a refund. This is misleading at best and dishonest. The strap connector is too big despite me picking the one for my watch size. As this is an online site then there should be a refund option for a product not being as described (not fitting my watch). I have been offered an exchange once I have paid for postage - with a suggestion of a smaller connection but this would be the wrong size. Or I can buy another at 60% off which is apparently less hassle for me. I don’t understand why I would want to spend more on a product which doesn’t fit. I have contacted trading standards and will be looking at other complaint resolution as I don’t feel this is fully legitimate.

Apple Watch bands
I'm very happy with the bands I've bought, the quality has been excellent with one exception. Unfortunately one failed (the band released from the plastic that connects to the watch) but it was very easy to get a replacement. The tension of the braided band has kept very well for over a year of constant use.

Garmin band: Never again
Garmin band: Had to order three (!!) bands because the sizing tool is completely off and the size it gave me (and the size smaller!!) was way too big.
They offer you 60% off to order a replacement instead of returning the band that is too big. After that they said I "lost the right to return once I agreed to the 60% off". I ended up ordering the third size, hoping to at least get a band that fits...
Well the third and "right" size arrived and guess what: The strap won't even stay attached to the watch. Snaps right off, when I try to put the band on my wrist.
So to sum up: Sizings completely off, they scam you out of returning and the quality is worse than off a certain chinese onlineshop...
