I’ve wanted a new band for my Apple Watch for a while, but I couldn’t justify paying the price for one from the Apple Store.
I’d seen several adverts on Instagram for the Lace Bands brand and thought that they looked good quality and were available in several lovely colours, so I decided to risk sending for one.
When it arrived it was packaged nicely and was exactly what I was hoping for. (I chose the minty green)
I’m now waiting for the three more that I’ve ordered using the three for two offer.
I absolutely love them !!!

Great company, great product
I ordered 3 bands as it was a deal (3 for 2) I ordered blind because I was a new customer and the bands felt a little big. I’d measured my wrist as they recommended but I didn’t like that the watch face twisted around.
I contacted lacebands and they responded immediately giving me options.
I had to pay for delivery to exchange but I didn’t mind.
Each person I’ve spoken to has been lovely, thorough and accommodating.
I was apprehensive about ordering but I can honestly say I’ll be ordering again.

Overpriced bands & fraudlent business model
The bands are of mediocre quality (visually — haven't wore them because it's apparently too narrow for Apple Watch Ultra). Basically, it's just a regular Chinese replica that costs 5-10 euros tops on Amazon, nothing special. The packaging is poor, I got crumpled dirty boxes with marks that must have been opened several times (and who knows how long the bands have been worn by other people — there wasn't any kind of sealing) before shipping them to me.
Also, the company disrespects its EU customers by completely ignoring the EU consumer law (I am from Lithuania) and engages in fraud by refusing to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal (in other words, reimburse the purchase without questions asked within 14 days of delivery). I've already initiated a Visa/Mastercard chargeback procedure on this ground as it’s the simplest solution. If this does not work for some reason, I will open a dispute in the European Consumer Centre and, if necessary, will go to court.
A good indication of a fraudlent company is the fact that they hide their location, bank details and the official postal address for returns and legal complaints. This is exactly what Lacebands do (somehow I overlooked it when ordering). More over, they refused to provide this information in email correspondence with them. I recommend to stay away. There is plenty of other cheap band brands over there and returns on Amazon are not a problem (needless to say that there is also the expensive original product with the exceptional world wide service).
Also, I think that a business like this one which is demonstratively breaking the law should not be allowed to operate in the EU at all.
PS. Order #16629.
UPD 2024-03-04: Lacebands contacted me shortly after noticing this review and agreed to refund (I had to send the bands back to them at my expense, which corresponds to the EU law though). Today the refund was finally completed. I will add one star for this but the fact still remains: they hide the right of withdrawal within 14 days from their EU customers. BTW, this fact alone gives any EU customer a right to claim a return & full refund no questions asked within 1 year instead of 14 days since the date of delivery (see Article 10 of the EU Directive on consumer rights at lex europa eu).

Be very sure you have the right size. The measurements on the website are inaccurate. I paid for shipping to receive my item, again to receive an alternative size and when that didn’t fit, I was told no refunds because it was on sale. The only reason I got a refund is because I left this review. 😁 good luck if you choose to buy.
