Hi. I have purchased from your company several times. I bought a paid pants and wore them ONE time. I did very light activity in them and they ripped at the seam. I contacted your sales team about a replacement pair, because they were obviously defected. I never heard back, and I won’t buy anything from your company again. When I spend $100 on a pair of yoga pants, which I do not mind doing, I expect them to hold up longer than 4 hours. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and the price point for something that is low quality.

Hello, I sent multiple emails but haven’t received a response. This was all before the COVID-19 crisis. Can someone reach back out please? Love the brand and hate to give a poor review.

It's taken forever to respond, regarding an item I purchased. Even when I asked for a refund, it hasn't shown up yet which is really frustrating!!

Ordering from here was a disaster... first my items were missing out of the box completely- then I was re sent my bathing suit with the wrong sizes. After that I just gave up and was given a cheap t-shirt as an “I’m sorry”. Real crazy. I was so disappointed because I had always wanted to try Because I’ve always followed Morgan and the company on IG. Def will never buy again

Is this email a joke? After waiting for weeks for my Morgan Stewart set, it never came. Then I was was promised a refund. Never received refund. Never received my purchase either. After multiple emails promising my refund was being processed, still NOTHiNG. I would never purchase (attempt to purchase) another time from this horrible, deceiving company.

I placed an order received it a month later only to find out that one of the items was not included. I contacted the company on four separate occasions, nobody could give me any information regarding my order. Two months went by and they finally issued me a refund.

Ordered on 3/3/20 and had to send 2 emails to customer service over 2 weeks and 1 of my items finally shipped and I’m still waiting on my other item I purchased. Have not received an email back as to why it is delayed.

I absolutely LOVE Morgan Stewart Sport! The bra and leggings really support me and do so well in a good workout. ❤

I have been waiting for an order to send and it has been almost three weeks. I have contacted customer service and have only gotten a response back once.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed an order back in February it’s now April (hopefully you see where I’m going with this)
Anyways I orders two items and about two weeks later I wondered what happened to my order.. (if you look online you’ll notice there is no customer service number to reach anyone. You have to email them instead) well turns out this company had a “delay in inventory for production” but didn’t find the time to email me as a first time customer to let me know about this issue, instead they decided to lie and state that my order I placed (which was now 2+ weeks after it was placed) would be out at the end of the following week. Well I waited till that week was over and saw my order still hadn’t shipped so I decided to email them to state I wanted my money back. They instead ignored my request and said they’d be happy to ship out any new items from their spring line (so they didn’t have my item I placed when they stated it was in stock)
Anyways I was done with them but then now April 1st customer service supervisor decides to email me an state they’re so sorry for my bad experience but they strive to provide great customer service (what a joke!) this individual tried asking me to purchase something out of their new line and tried throwing in a free gift with purchase.. I declined that..now the founder decided to reach out and bribe me with a free gift in hopes I would remove my bad review so they can do this to other people(look online before you buy there are people with the same exact experiences but they have random people I feel that aren’t genuine customers that say ‘great customer service’ which is a lie..)
It took this company over a month to reach out to me because this wasn’t resolved apparently even though I demanded a refund and canceled my order. Please do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!

My package never showed up... months later I call and they re sent it, and it looks nothing like the pictures! The color material and fit are all bad! I would really like to return as I will never wear them.... very un happy

I never received a refund - and am not getting a response from customer service.

This the only brand I’ve tried that was not true to size. I wasn’t able to send back the items since I was out of town for the window of return. I’m not sure I can even do store credit at this point.

Poor quality leggings. I’m a size 4 and the m/l barely fit

Purchase a TLA by Morgan Stewart bra, pants, thong bundle. Was sent wrong pants size. Had to pay extra shipping to return from Canada (even though it was not my mistake), fine. But the seams of the new pants arrived extremely stretched, to the point the area was white, on a black pair of pants. ... on the crotch. Needless to say I don't wear it. The material also pills very easily. I was told refund will take 2-3 weeks. I waited 5 weeks till I contacted them for my refund. Maybe they hoped I forgot about it because I got my refund immediately.

Material and sizing discrepancy. Order delivered with wrong sizes as well.

Horrible service. They lied about sending my order. It took forever. Nothing to praise.

It’s been 25 days and I haven’t received my order. Never ordering from them again
