After a few problems with delivery, "Andy" went above and beyond to keep the customer happy. My order turned up the very next day along with a refund to my account. More than pleased with the service from this company. Would I purchase again... definitely : )

Ladders and Access were very professional in their dealings with my order , which I needed very quickly for starting a job . They phoned me back , regarding the platform I ordered, which was switched to a different make by L&A at no cost, and was delivered the next day . Well done L&A . Alan Basson

Just ordered a set of ladders from the above company. I highly recommend them!!! Great service and excellent quality products. I would definitely use again. Makes a change to fine some professional people!!!

I ordered some ladders and they were just left outside by the courier, no knock, doorbell or card through door saying they had arrived, so unsure of how long they had been there until I found them. When I got them inside I found them damaged and unusable.
I emailed the company straight away and, Tami, the customer service assistant emailed back very apologetic and would contact the supplier immediately. To cut a long story short, the ladders were replaced with no hassle and the damaged ones taken away.
Tami continued to keep in touch all the way through the process, explaining what would happen and when.
Then I needed a spare part but couldn’t find it on the website. Again Tami rose to the challenge and sorted it all out for me over the phone.
I am super impressed with this lady where nothing was too much trouble, she is a credit to the company.
I would definitely highly recommend ladders and access to anyone who needs ladders and such.

Ordered a Zarges 2.6 m Reachmaster scaffold tower for £306 which was the cheapest we could find online . Ordered on 8th Feb with free delivery and a 3-5 working days expected timeframe. As the weather UK wide was horrendous and locally roads atrocious we did not expect it to arrive for at least a week but much to our surprise, it arrived in the snow on 11th Feb . Well packaged and no flaws when unpacked. Would definitely recommend and no hesitation in using again .

ordered the ladders for a gutter job - got the ladders but realized I ordered the wrong size - spoke to customer services and within the hour the courier service called to arrange collection - they sent the correct size ladders out the that day and had them the next working day. I cannot fault the team that fixed this for me - saved me loosing the job I was hired for. Thanks Andy for ensuring all went well.

we needed a telescopic ladder delivered as soon as possible to be able to hang the Christmas decorations outside. had it delivered with no issues or hassle at all. would highly recommend.

If it was to leave zero stars i would as 1 is 1 to many. 1st of all i order the ladders over a week and half ago and I would still be waiting for them if I hadn't chased them up about it. They had never been sent out in the 7 days after ordering and paying in full. They was then sent out next day asked if they could be delivered before noon as needed someone to be in only for them to turn up after 3pm. Then when we unpacked the ladders most of the runs had dents in them or very badly scratch. I then called them to complain to be told I had to send pictures to prove this which I did and then requested a new set to be sent next day to be told this could not be done. Now I have to wait for this shower of a company to collect the ladders before my refund can even be processed. Which I think is a bloody cheek considering that I had to pay before the pile of crap they sent me over a week late. Would not recommend this company and would tell people to stay clear

Initially had a slight issue of being provided with a tracking number? Rang Tami, she was amazing. Item delivered in agreed time scale. Would use again

Ordered a staging board paid £ 24 for next day delivery , got a phone call on delivery day wanted an extra £54 for delivery and would not be with me for another 5 days very poor indeed , demanded refund

Promised next day delivery but due to a courier issue I waited 3, tami dealt with it to be fair and I’m now the owner of a set of hailo ladders! Will I deal with them again, yes!

I am really pleased with the customer service!! There was a delay with the delivery but they made sure to keep me updated for all the things happening and when I will have my order delivered!

Tami was so friendly and efficient she even offered to make me a coffee even tho I was a thousand miles away. Ladder delivered to my son in the Isle of Man in just 5 working days which in view of current restrictions on movement was excellent service. Good price for ladder and the delivery. Thanks Tami

Great experience from using ladders and access, would certainly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a ladder or similar. The item I ordered was damaged by the courier, then it turned out that it was also the last one that the manufacturer had in stock. I spoke to them and told them what I needed the ladder for and they then spoke to their suppliers and made sure I had a ladder delivered in super quick time that suited my requirements. Really pleased with the updates from Tammi who was always professional, well informed and cared that I was getting what I needed. Thank you so much!!
