We ordered a personalised cushion for our granddaughter and were delighted when it arrived both by the product itself and the efficiency with which it had been processed and delivered. It's taken a while to write this due to our Internet being down since Friday, the day we took delivery of this beautiful cushion. I'm sure our ten year old granddaughter will love it. Personalized service
There was a delay in processing the order, which the seller had e-mailed me about to explain why. She gave me the option to cancel if I could not wait for it. It was a birthday present but I was prepared to wait, and I was kept informed throughout by e-mail. Once it was ready and dispatched it arrived quickly + it was worth the wait. I was really pleased with the items, the order had been personalized exactly as I had requested.
