I would give zero stars if possible. They sent 3 identical dresses and I am waiting to hear about how to get a refund. Further the colors are not as seen on their site. They take a long time and the product is cheap and wrong.

Sad Sad Sad!!! Bad quality! No customer service!!! My lost but they wont have to worry anymore!! Hopefully everybody reads these Reviews because they are all TRUE!!! TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

I don’t give this company a star whatsoever. Soooo disappointed!!! The clothing received doesn’t even resemble what’s in the pictures. I will NEVER buy from here again.

I had an order for two dresses, when I opened the packages one was fine the other not so, so I did what they asked in the policy to let them know I am sending the dress back, which I did immediately, that was the 4th Feb, have tried to e-mail them but it keeps bouncing back, so now I have put in a dispute to pay pal! after this won't bother any more, will look else where!

They just sent all the wrong items, really cheap quality. Nothing even similar in colour or style to what I ordered. Wrong sizes even. Stay away!

Items received is not what I ordered. When I checked with return policy, I emailed to them. After several reminders, I am still waiting!

Sent four items in three shipments, which took many, many months. The item quality is NOT what the photos depict - poorly made, cheap material quality. Made cheaply by Chinese company, despite what item photos lead you to believe they are American or the like. The must take images from webstores, then re-make them, using the original photos as 'theirs' - DO NOT BE CONNED.

One item was completely not what I ordered. Trying to get them to just give me a refund (without sending photos of each item, with reasons, etc.) has been impossible. First ordered in May - last item rec'd in September. They communicate a little, but not excellent, and no resolution. Very disappointing. I should have 'buyer bewared' and looked up reviews prior, instead of getting excited by their 'cool clothing'.

It took over 30 days to arrive. The items were just T-shirts. Bad quality. They did not send a purple lacy blouse like I had ordered. Do not use their parent Company PEARLGO TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. They have several sites like Ladyoho. The pictures are misrepresented of the items. SCAM ALERT.

I spent $297.00 with Ladyoho. When I received my Items (11) none are as pictured or described. When I say not as Described, I mean not even close. This is a SCAM, A bate and Switch. Style, Fabric, Colors, Quality All Not Even Close. I am trying to Return and Ladyoho wants me to Take A Picture of each Item and tell them what is wrong with it. So this Scamming Company makes it very difficult to return, Because they know what they Picture on their Web Site and What they Ship are NOT the Same Products. Please DO NOT Get Scammed like I did!!

Please avoid this company. They failed to deliver my goods. I have chased every week for 6 months and have had no reply. I finally received an email that I forgive them as COVID is causing problems and my goods will be there within 5 days, Still waiting. I have reported to Trading Standards who cannot trace their address. I have now reported to police for theft.

Very nice shirt. Good communication with vendor.

I have tried numerous times to return items and then order different items. One article is missing a word on the front and was going to reorder. the other item I just small and wanted next size. I have been unable tho wear them or get exchanges. Ridiculous! I wasted my money on things I can,t even exchange!!!!

Please do not buy from this site...I had to cancel my order...I called them and emailed them....and no response...but they took the money....called Credit card and told them I wanted to cancel order bue to the fact they never sent me an email of my order...and they have never answered my email or call...Bad...forget them...

I didn't realize the clothing I ordered was from China. Beside it taking over 2 weeks to arrive, I did not like the quality. The top did not look like it did in the picture. I've tried to contact Ladyoho, per instructions on the bottom of their website, but nobody has gotten back to me. I gave them one star because zero was not an option.
Update 10/7/20 I heard from the company. They said I would have to pay shipping cost to return the items to China, and suggested it would probably not be worth it - but my choice.

These company's are located in China. I have learned the hard way. They don't give you a phone number or an address and only communicate through their web site e-mail. You will see the same clothes sold on several other web sites. Some of the other names are Pearlfeet, Roselinlin and Lollita. They will give you an address in China to send them back to that will cost about $100.00 so they know you won't send the items back. Please CHECK before you buy. I wish I had!

Ordered some summer dresses in Early May 2020 And just received them today September 21,2020, plus sizes are indicated XXL and it seems like a size small. I sent several emails and the company doesn’t even reply to emails. Never again will I order from them . So I am stuck with dresses that are sized wrong and don’t fit.

Terrible experience. Delivery took over 2 months, items were very bad (materials, fitting...). I wrote to customer service several times that I want to return everything and get refund. Well, nothing. Total scam. This makes me very sad.
