Got the job done but only barely - on more than one occasion I had the wrong information sent to me and had to request it be reviewed, including when I was mistakenly billed for $30k stamp duty. It should not be up to a first time purchaser to catch these errors. Online interactions were convenient but left room for mistakes.

Received exceptional service from the start of the selling process until settlement. Kept regular contact, brilliant communication, very professional and efficient and quite reasonably priced given the level of service and attention to detail. Highly recommended and will use again for any future sales or purchases. Thank you Bernadette!
