Utilised LAF Conveyancing recently when selling our home in Rowville. They were faultless with their service and assisted in all aspects, very professional, easy to follow and extremely helpful with excellent communication all the way through. This included organising Section 27 (including advice with battling the banks for the correct information), Section 32, Sale prior to Auction, change of Settlement date all during the festive season. Many people where across our needs and it was extremely seamless service. In addition they were very good value compared to other similar companies who we investigated prior. Nothing was ever to hard and any trouble. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services. Thank you.

Great experience and successful process
The team were very supportive through the whole process, helping me through my first investment property purchase. They were always available for questions I had and made the whole process really easy to understand and follow.
Communication with them was very easy and they made sure I was aware and confortable with each step during the process.
