I can't say for sure what happened

I can't say for sure what happened, but they were quick to investigate and fix the issue when my order did not ship 9 days after placing it. Woulda gave 5 stars if not for this glitch

Excellent service.

Excellent service.
Unfortunately, we are not able to use the product purchased for Hydroponic farming because there was coloring added to the product.
I used a different vendor to reorder with a higher level of the acid.
Not sure that I would order again without asking for the specs, first.

Great customer service agent nathen…

Great customer service agent nathen figured out my issue in about 10 min total time from sending email to finding out what was going on was 29 min. They would get 5 stars from my if they could cut down shipping cost.

Pricing was good on equipment i…

Pricing was good on equipment i ordered, but once the order was placed i had to call several times to receive any shipping information. The first time they indicated it shipped, but could not provide a tracking number, the second and third times they were checking on it, and finally the fourth time they were able to provide tracking information on the equipment.

Horrible.

Horrible.. I ordered the wrong lamps, emailed them about my mistake, per there policy I contacted the team .. and Nathan informed me after a lengthy time and a lot of emails he told me that management had rejected my request! I wasn’t asking for a refund I just wanted some store credits ... Which would allow me to spend the money.I will never shop with them again! And I making sure the other growers know my pain
