Same Chinese manufacturing thing. Oversized only looks good on tall thin people, did buy a cocoon coat which I've warn but material could have been so much better.

If you like the Lagen look their clothes are great, well made and cater for curvy ladies equally.
Customer service is also excellent with a family run, personal approach. I love them!

I have been shopping with Lagenlook Clothing for a few years now & from my point of view they deserve a "Highly recommended" all round! They have incredible seasonal sets of really good quality apparel & the prices are very affordable. I love the clothing as it suits any size within the range, it is so comfortable to lounge in, as well as going out in, with a necklace added. All clothing washes very well giving it the longevity needed. The Company is family run, they really do care, nothing is ever too much & I know that if there was ever a question, It's very easy to contact by phone & hear a real "REAL VOICE" willing to help - quite rare in this day & age! I purchased from the company for many years…..I find the styles very flattering on larger ladies. I get many complaints and now one of my friends also buys from you on my recommendation.
The customer service is excellent.

I love this clothes brand for the shaping and styling of every item. BUT what I really dislike is how the colour runs EVERY time you wash them. I now wash every piece on its own after having multiple colour runs onto other items/towels. Huge fan who bought regularly is now a "won't buy any more"

I've updated this from a 3 to a 5 after a great chat with Duane who rang me about my review above. It seems I'm an exception rather than a rule ... maybe my washing machine doesn't like Lagenlook !!. Anyway after the superb customer service I got today, I will be returning .... just now have the problem of which item(s) to buy 🙄

I’ve ordered a few times now and the quality is always brilliant. The clothes are so flattering and I always get compliments when I wear them. Customer service is friendly and fast — I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for this style!

I made my first purchase over a year ago, and I must say, their quality and service are always impeccable. My most recent order, which arrived just the other day, was beautifully packaged. I can’t recommend them enough, they are now my go-to for any occasion!

Bought a top for my wife — fast delivery and really good quality as always. Very happy with the purchase! Will be buying again.

Bought 3 pairs of trousers and a dress.
The dress I was pleased with, it hung and washed well.
The trousers however were very disappointing, very thin, cheap material.
One size doesn't fit all, they were tighter than the image. Wore and washed them twice, per instructions and they are coming apart at the seam.

I've purchased clothes from Lagenlook over a period of several years, and have generally been happy with them. However, this time, (the first time buying in around 2 years), I purchased the 'Dean' V neck dress in black, and the 'Eliza' Wide Leg trousers.

The dress looks beautiful on, and can also be worn with a belt to allow you to draw attention to your waist if it's your best feature. However, the fabric feels cheap, considering the price.

The trousers were VERY disappointing! They say that 'One size fits all sizes 10-30UK', I am about midway between the sizes, but found that they showed EVERY lump and bump, weren't at all flattering, and felt very cheap and nasty. I would be very surprised if a woman who is size 30 would find them acceptable, or flattering, and they're definitely NOT worth £45 in my opinion.

When I last ordered everything was sent out with FREE postage, but now I found myself paying £1.95 (interestingly, they currently have a sale on, but having, as an experiment, put the same items in my basket today, I noticed that the postage price has gone up to £2.20!) I then had to pay £4.95 to return the trousers, which they recommend you send back with tracking, so that if they get lost in the post, you will get your money back. I realise that the cost of living has caused prices to go up, but £6.90 for the privilege of trying on some very poor quality trousers, is well over the top in my opinion!

All in all, a VERY disappointing experience, and one which I won't be repeating!

Sorry Lagenlook, you need to up your game!

I have had a lot of clothes from Lagenlook and many have been really great. However, if you are on the larger size I advise you watch out for sizing. Its a bit haphazard and it also seems to me that when you buy in their sales, the items are often much shorter, thinner fabric and not the same quality as full price items. I have just received two items to wear together. One is a bit thin and shorter than shown in the images but acceptable. The other item, pictured as almost knee length barely covers my stomach and is very disappointing. I wont return as we have to pay postage and they don't give full refunds. Are sale items different?

Firstly I am not a dress person, so the thought of having to try and buy a dress was not my idea of fun. I came across Lagenlook online and I ordered 4 dresses to try on.

I messed up the next day delivery option and i contacted them and they had already shipped the dresses next day for me at no extra cost.

The dresses arrived today and the packaging is beautiful, not a plastic bag in sight, all beautifully wrapped in tissue paper.

Then came the problem, which one do I choose !! They all look exactly like they do online, the quality is excellent and I’ve ended up keeping three of them, and oh, the prices are amazing.

Customer service is absolutely excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending this company and I will be buying from them again.

I have bought many items from here. I've been pleased with most, but lately the sizing is very off on some items. The measurements are shown with the description and last couple of items I've received don't relate to measurements online.

I have placed several orders with this company and have always been very pleased. The quality of the clothing is lovely - great fabrics and well-made. Delivered quickly and beautifully packaged. Recently, an order was despatched by them but not delivered to me by the courier. When I contacted them, they handled the matter extremely well. I also loved it that the phone is answered by a person and they are very friendly. Good old-fashioned service which is most welcome. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery and free postage. One item was too big but returned and received refund.
Would recommend this small family company.
