I ordered various sheets of wrapping paper and delivery was very quick, really well packaged - I opted to buy the tube so that everything arrived rolled rather than folded. The paper is such good quality, I'm really happy I found this website.
My only really small issue: because I ordered quite a few sheets of paper, delivery was free (great), but if I'd included a length of ribbon in the order, I would have had to pay shipping for it. In the end I decided not to buy/pay postage for just one item, but I didn't really understand as it could have been placed in the tube with the paper. That's a really small moan, I love the products on this website and will definitely use them again.

They have such cute designs and they are always adding more to their collection, through new artist collaborations! 💖They’ve fiiiinally started a loyalty rewards program now too which is great 🤩- could defo have started it a few years ago, I definitely coulda racked up a few vouchers by now aha 😅

I bought a Haws watering can, but could not use it due to wet weather for 8-wks, I tried it for first time and it leaked - due to a stress crack that was a manufacturing fault.

To be really fair to Lagom, they handled it really well - didn’t quibble with the pictures shared and gave a full refund.

Picked up a card by Lagom Design in Selfridges Birmingham, the stunning design really caught my eye and I just had to check out their website when I got home. They have such beautiful designs, so bought a few for some birthdays coming up. The delivery was so quick, the cards were beautifully wrapped in yellow tissue paper with a branded sticker. So happy with my order, will definitely be ordering from here again!
