Despite the previous comments, I would like to share with you all a more positive experience with Laguna.
My bike was purchased from there new and I have just collected it.
The sales team along with the Director were very accommodating as they stored it FOC for 6 weeks, had put some parts on it that sent up. I was very happy with the price I paid along with the way I was treated. Superb professional service. A local dealer near me should take some lessons, this is why I drove 130 miles for.

Have been looking at street triples for a long time. Been in contact with the garage a number of times re my poss part ex and the bike. Decided to make the 70 mike trip and told them so via email I’ll be down Saturday morning to try and fix a deal. Completely ignored on arrival by all staff. Eventually get a staff member to help and fetch the paperwork for one advertised as full history and it didn’t even have its first stamp in the book. Should have had at least 3 as a basic! Images of the bike were spot on but no photo of the marks that it did have. The 2nd bike was better. Then the biggest shock. Remember I told them I was coming and they knew I lived some distance. Had all my kit and licence and was told no test drives on the weekend!?!? Seriously!! Left and 7 weeks later bikes still on auto trader. And I went elsewhere and now the proud owner of a new street r
Impeccable Service Department
Had my bike in for repair work that another dealer refused to complete because they were 'too busy'. The service team bent over backwards to help, they got my bike back to me a day sooner than hoped and it was given a clean. Really great and wouldn't hesitate to recommend, will certainly be back again.
Horrendous
Horrendous. Worst dealers I have ever used. Gave my motorbike back to me after a service with no brake pads in the front, caused damage to my bike. Initially denied they had even touched the brakes on that service. Finally offered to put the damage right but that was it... Only when I complained to Triumph the workshop manager called and offered me my next service “complemetory”. Fast forward to that service and they carried out hundreds of pounds worth of work on the bike without asking me and slapped me with a massive bill. On top of that the bike was booked in and ment to be ready that day but it took 18 days until I got it back!!! Never again, avoid like the plague.
Worst customer service ever experienced…
Worst customer service ever experienced from the manager of the service department! Wanted to know if the mechanics are aware of a perculiar issue on the KTM1190 R rear brake caliper before I book my bike in. Got told he hasn't got time to talk to his mechanics and I must log the issue on the KTM website and ask for technical advice!
Couldn't believe this guys extreme arrogance. Don't waste your time and money with this branch!!
Amazon Purchase - Excellent Customer Service!
I bought some original Triumph LED Indicators from the Laguna Amazon store and after 6 months, some paint started peeling off.
I posted the indicators back to them and they quickly replaced them.

Damaged my bike during an MOT which they denied. Failed my bike which had been mot'd and passed with flying colours only 300miles earlier. List as long as your arm. Bike taken elsewhere and passed first time. If you you want to be ripped off to put a few extra pounds In These cowboys pockets this is the place to go. Customer service comes with an attitude here, you can wait several minutes to be served whilst the counter staff chat to their mates. Clearly I'm not a valued customer let's hope you are...
Fantastic Bike Shop
Went here on the recommendation of my brother and his mates. Bought a Suzuki RV125 as my first bike and I can't fault them at all. Mark on Sales helped me pick out the bike and took the time to explain all the finance, insurance, service intervals etc. The guys in the clothing section got me all kitted out with a helmet, jacket, trousers, boots and gloves, and did a good package deal on all the bits. Will be going back when I do my full test and get a bigger bike. Cheers guys!
