The customer service was excellent. I did not like the return policy since my return would’ve came out to $120, but the customer care team did an excellent job at providing a solution and i re-ordered the correct color rug!

I love the Lahome rug that we purchased as it’s incredibly soft and machine washable! I plan to purchase more in the future and would definitely recommend to a friend.

I needed a new rug so badly. I ordered one of the most loved patterns and my order was delayed because of production issues. I contacted Lahome customer service to see if it would be possible to change my order for a different beautiful pattern and they said yes. My new order arrived about five days later. The rug I purchased was the Claude black rug and it is gorgeous. This was one of my best purchases ever. Thank you Lahome and thanks to your customer service department.

I ordered the Vionnet Washable Modern Parisian Insect Green Rug. Though the carrier verified its delivery, it was nowhere to be found. An unfortunate case of theft is my best guess.

This company generously offered to replace it, and I am grateful for their thoughtfulness. They take pride in their products, and they care about their customers.

My rug looks terrific and the customer service was very speedy with their responses when there was an error with a coupon code. I would definitely recommend ordering from them.

I appreciate the customer service team at LaHome. Originally, the rug I ordered was back ordered but the corner adhesives arrived almost immediately and under the same tracking number as the rug. After figuring out that the rug was not in fact missing, but just delayed, the LaHome customer service team offered a coupon and checked back in a few days later about the order. While I do believe that an out of office response during the holidays would be great for the company to install and limit confusion when emails aren’t replied to, their subsequent follow up was top notch. The rug is lovely, glad I ordered it after all.

Their website was easy to navigate and they have soooo many great options! It was so hard to chose one. The quality of the rug is fantastic and the design is super crisp. The rug is soft and lightweight and does not slide around. Very happy with this purchase and I will be purchasing from Lahome again when I have more floor to cover!

Love my rug! Vibrant and soft. It does slide on the wood floor so was disappointed when the corner grips didn't arrive with my order but reached out to customer service and being sent replacements. Overall, no complaints will buy again and better quality than a similar washable rug I bought

I absolutely love my rug! It took a little longer to ship than I thought it would, but after I reached out they communicated and had great costumer service. They even offered me 10% off once I received the rug to make up for the delay in shipping.

This is quite honestly one of the worst customer service experiences ive had. Their return policy truly doesn’t make sense to me and if you email them, good luck getting anyone to reply to you in a decent amount of time.

All because I placed my order on a Sunday….I am asking for a color change because two minutes after I placed the order I realized it was the incorrect color. I emailed them no more than 5 minutes later….there was absolutely NO WAY to cancel my order, which would have been WAY easier. Nope. Order went through, didn’t head back from someone until the end of the following day. I was charged and sent the wrong color because I didn’t hear back from them in time to change it. Then I was told via email to refuse delivery for a full refund…..which I couldn’t do because they just left it on the doorstep. Now its just a waiting game…they have no idea how to handle simple exchanges and seems like they have no consideration for how inconvenient this stuff is for their customers at all. DONT BUY FROM THEM! Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache.

My rug got lost in transit and they have been easy to work with to get a new rug sent out.

I have received my area rugs and they are beutiful and everything that the company said they would be. I am planning on ordering a few more. LaHome stands by their product and I am a new customer who will be using them again & mentioning them to others to try them out.

I’m so happy with my new rug! It’s incredibly soft and looks exactly like the pictures online. It adds the perfect touch to the room. Customer service was also fantastic—they were very prompt and helpful in responding to my questions. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend!
