I bought the swift SE September 24 I use it no more than twice a week and it has now stopped working.
My initial email i sent on 02/12/25 was answered almost straight away which i thought was a good sign.
As I didn't buy it directly from the website (I bought in public in cyprus which is the uk equivalent of curry's)they advised they would need to speak to the senior customer service team. So far I have heard nothing, I sent a follow-up email on the 5th and still silence. For a dryer that is used minimally and is less than 2 years old to break I find a bit concerning. Looks like I will now have to buy another dryer as I cannot see this being resolved.

*So I think the lesson i learnt from this is, even though the guides in the box say the product has a 2 year manufacturer's guarantee, this is only applicable if you buy direct!*

Easy ordering process and free shipping for my refills.

Previously had Laifen toothbrush that died after about a year. I had been very happy with it despite its short life so I ordered another. I received 3 different toothbrushes (order/return/order/return/order/return)and NONE of them worked. I gave up after the 3rd one, unfortunately I lost the tracking number so now I’m out a toothbrush AND the money I paid for it since Laifen doesn’t track the return after they send return label.

It is the best on the market. Better then the original Dy in every way, for a quarter of the price. Better temperature calibration, nicer design, better packaging and customer service. My wife is very happy with it. Initially we bought the Laifen SE from a local store and it borke after 1 year. We got a full refund and bought the second one directly from Laifen. In the meantime we also tried a dyson, but wasn't impressed.

I’ve been using my Laifen sonic toothbrush for a while now and I’m really impressed — it works great and feels very high quality. The customer service is also outstanding: quick, kind, and very helpful. Definitely recommend both the product and the company!

Easy shopping experience and great products

I have placed my order on 24th August on Laifen EU, and I know what I have ordered. However I haven't received any email or shipping information for 20 working days, when I was confusing where is my item, I have sent an email to Laifen's customer support. THE ANSWER is can you please conform do you want EU plug. YES, you don't have any thing sell in UK, I know you don't have UK plug stock... However, my item is EU plug hair dryer. Why I have to wait for 20 working day to conform what I want? Why you don't conform it when I just ordered? I don't how long I still have to wait...

I am absolutely in love with the Swift model hair dryer. I learned about it from Justin Hickox stylist and he had me at hello when he compared it to Dyson. I have owned a Dyson that recently died when it was just out of warranty. I watched him dry hair prior to purchasing, and I was sold. I highly recommend this product!!!

First – the packaging is beautiful!

Sscond–The delivery was fast and seamless.

Third – the blower is so powerful yet lightweight and fits in my hand beautifully.

Fourth – I highly recommend this product for both the performance and the price point!

Aesthetic opportunity - I bought pearl white and I rec’d black nozzles. I expected white nozzles to match.

Great toothbrush! I got mine to replace my Philips Sonicare & am very happy with it's performance.
My only small gripe, is I can't get replacement heads on Amazon UK where I bought it. But can get from other sources so not a big one!

Great tech, no way around it. I've used other brands of electric toothbrushes, but I feel like this one provides the best versatility and cleaning. The body is sleek and the heads are week designed. Had some trouble with a pack of transparent heads but had the replaced by costumer service swiftly.
I would like to see a better case from the manufacturer and maybe some protections for the heads on transport.
All around a great experience and love the products, and the packaging.

I’m honestly in love with my Laifen toothbrush. The design feels premium, the brushing experience is super smooth, and my teeth feel so clean every time. The battery lasts a long time, and the brush heads are really comfortable on my gums. I’ve used a few other brands before, but this one is hands-down my favorite. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their oral care routine!

I love my stainless steel wave, especially since I can customise the vibration and head swivel to my liking. And a definite pro is not having to pay an arm and a leg for it

Best tech money can buy. I have several products and have to say that they are really better then the competition. The toothbrush is definetly their best product as well as the replacement brushes that can suit anybody. Sensitive, whitening or simply clean do their job perectly!
