I ordered three personalized ornaments. They are junk! Not worth the $20 each. I was very disappointed. $67.70 totally wasted.

Was easy to customize what I wanted. Very unique gift

If I could give a less than 1 start I would. Worst customer service ever. I order a keychain and the delivery guy stole the package right after taking a picture in front of our door (everything was recorded on camera) . I sent proof of stolen package to customer service and I keep receiving a message from Sheryl that delivery company indicated package was delivered.
Do not order from this company, you will be scammed and won’t take responsibility of their bad service

I love the customizable color choices! I would've like to be able to customize the sleeve color and not just have skin tone on the arm, and more color choices for the front pad would have been nice. Overall a great product and I can't wait to see the finished product!

The advertised ornament looks like a mini bat bag. The item I received looks NOTHING like what is advertised. Do not waste your money

I was sent a tracking number but it won’t pull up. Can’t find a customer service email or phone to inquire. Don’t trust this seller

So far so good. Website was easy to navigate, ordering and customizing was a simple process and checkout was smooth. Time will tell what the end result is.

Did not connect to Google pay, not a user friendly site and shipping a bit pricey. Not sure about the product yet.

Ordered in beginning of October. Today Nov. 1 I check status and they shipped to a different address than what’s on my order. It was a gift that won’t be done in time. Better off using a local company.
