Easy ordering and personalizing

It is my first time buying something, but it was really easy to navigate.

Waited about a month to get my order. I was under the impression that it would be coming with a frame of some sort or on wood etc. especially because I paid $50 for it. When I did receive it, it was rolled up in a plastic cover and had dents all over it. Definitely not worth the money. Please do not order from this company, they will take your money and give you crap in return. Also, I tried to go on their website to get a refund and now their website isn’t working. Smh.

I ordered this portrait with me and my husband since February 9th and we are on March 2,2024 and still have not received anything. This is defiantly a SCAM! DONT Buy ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Do not waste your money.... I ordered my item based on the COMPLETELY misleading product advertised on their site....ALL the pictures give the impression that you get a 3d moulded replica of your pet..... NOT the case, you end up with a sh!te picture sandwiched between some plastic.
Worth about £2 NOT £25.

What an incredibly crappy product this was. It took ages to come when it did arrive it was totally 'creased up' you would think it would come in a cardboard tube as it was a print. it came wrapped in plastic around a foam tube which was also creased. Im sick of falling for the totally poor products being shipped from China. I advise others to avoid this product at all costs.

So many negative reviews here but my personal experience was completely the opposite yes you have to wait a little while for your order but once I received it I was very happy with the quality

Ordered a large personalised canvas which was literally in a plastic bag wrapped around a piece of foam all the way from China.
Arrived blurred & very heavily creased.
Customer services suggested ironing it.
Said no way you should've used alot more sturdy & appropriate packaging for the products journey in the first place.
Lost after requesting the £6:99p shipping fee's refund but was after 5 or 6 emails during a 8 day daily battle get my £60 refunded.
ABSOLUTELY NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS VERY HIGHLY SUBSTANDARD COMPANY.
TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY SLOW TO BE BOTHERED WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT & THEY'VE GOT A ONCE WE'VE GOT YOUR MONEY WE CAN'T BE BOTHERED ATTITUDE SO RISK IT AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

Product took long time to arrive and when it did looked nothing like what it did on the web, have tried to contact them for a return and refund... email address is just returned so no real way of contacting them... poor service and no customer service to boot...

I ordered a hoodie in memory of my son. It arrived very fast and I find the quality very good. I am totally pleased with my purchase and would order from this company again anytime.

Horrible quality, took about 3 weeks to receive. Contacted customer service to let them know how disappointing this purchase was and after asking me to send a bunch of photos gave me one last thought and said try this before we offer you a 15% refund!! Complete Waist of $31.98! Will ever recommend!

Order a law enforcement phone cover for my retirement look good on Facebook it is sad Facebook don’t remove them. Took the money and nothing to show for it.
