Laijkit Property Reviews

Daniel provided outstanding technical inspection services for a house we were interested in. His approach was professional, thorough and systematic, methodically examining every aspect of the property. He took the time to explain findings clearly and answered all our questions with patience and expertise. Daniel was readily available for pre-inspection consultations to discuss our concerns and remained responsive after completion for follow-up questions and clarifications. I highly recommend Daniel for anyone needing a reliable, knowledgeable home inspector.

Daniel is very available. He quickly responded to all my worries and concerns. His report was accurate and thorough. I was in a bit of a hurry to have this report done and he made room in his schedule on a weekend to drive an hour and half and do the inspection.

Very thorough inspection, excellent report and also broader communication. Unique proposition in the Portuguese market. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.

Professional report. Great attention to detail. Fast, prompt and detailed answers to all questions. Excellent communication and customer service. Well thought of end-to-end process.

I highly recommend Daniel's services. He was able to accommodate my request for an inspection on short notice - due to an unreasonable seller. He was very thorough in his inspection and provided a comprehensive report in record time. He has a good understanding of common issues in Portugal and took the time to educate me during the inspection. I will utilise his services again on my next purchase.

This is an essential service in Portugal to help guide one's decision about a property purchase where the house is old or in need of maintenance or renovation. A thorough inspection and detailed report was completed within only a few days. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent from start to finish
Superb service; extremely professional throughout; delivered detailed report within days which highlighted areas we hadn't to then focused on; always available; met all agreed timelines. So happy we were introduced to them.
Overall I couldn't recommend Laijkit any more positively.

I found the interaction with the owner to be super responsive and the quality of the report high - I was buying a property overseas so gained confidence that a very thorough survey had been undertaken with even minor cosmetic issues clearly identified - it was a pleasure to deal with this company and I would highly recommend.

Responsive and very detailed. I would totally recommend and use the service again.

Very prompt and efficient service. Comprehensive survey report.
