your service is degrading I have been a customer for 20 years, you know my age , and do not like to pay for age verification and needing to be sign when the wine is delivered.
In addition, last week when calling your number, somehow someone was trying giving me a free emergency monitor, which a was not free at all ; the salesman was horrible. Please stop those procedures

The age verification process is something we're not able to change at this time, as age verification and an adult signature on delivery for alcohol shipments are requirements of US federal law, not a company policy. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We can also confirm that we do not offer 'emergency monitors' at any time to any customer - this may have been the result of a wrong number.
