As Roy Keane says “it’s their job!”. And yes, you could question why you would write a review about someone just doing their job, but when someone does - it’s such a blessing! I had been looking for a lightweight smock and happened upon Lakeland Country’s website. It was an easy user interface, simple but specific. I found a great smock, at a fantastic price, but had a query about sizing. I took the plunge and called. My call was answered by a woman who was clear, bright and efficient. She never put me on hold, went to find the actual garment to measure and gave sound advice. I wish I had taken her name…I ordered said smock at 10ish on Friday. It arrived by Royal Mail at 10ish the next morning! Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish! So, if like me, you just want someone to do their job, then Lakeland Country is that someone!

Bought 2 medium fleeces but too big. So ordered 2 small and they are ok and for the price excellent quality. Gave medium fleeces to wife she is delighted.

Great service and price. About 30% off of the retail price. Saved £50 for just a quick look at my phone after looking in a shop who didnt have the size I wanted. I ordered this over a bank holiday and by Wednesday it was in my hands and this was on a standard delivery option. Great fit and jacket for the sun. Just the thing for a cool evening or sat with your sleaves roled up with a drafty wind on the beach etc.

Ordered a few items of clothing for me and my son for wildlife photography. We each a Jack Pyke Rannoch jkt and Jack Pyke Weardale trousers . I also had a Deerhunter gamekeeper pro jkt . All items arrived within 3 working days and we are delighted with both the quality of all the items . We live in the highlands so good kit is paramount. The Jack Pyke jkt and trousers are amazing for the cost . Waterproof ,wind proof comfy to wear and silent . The Deer hunter jkt is a quality piece of kit and Lakeland had it at an unbelievable price . All in all really pleased
