Great Customer Service
My order was sent out very quickly, their communication is second to none!
My parcel was passed round various Royal Mail depots (no fault of Lakeland) and instead of the 24 hours it should have taken it took 4 days.
Jo at Lakeland communicated with me through the whole saga.

Don't tell my wife
I'll be honest, I first saw the jacket elsewhere and planned to buy it for my wife's birthday but she was with me and it wouldn't have been a surprise. She loved it so it was an easy decision. When I got home I looked online and saw Lakeland Country sell the exact jacket £70 cheaper than where I had seen it in the shop. My wife doesn't need to know that though.
