After an initial anxiety about delivery dates which Rachel personally dealt with (reassuring me that the goods had been dispatched) we are absolutely delighted with our bin store. The quality is excellent. It was straightforward to assemble and looks great. I regret having initial concerns (I had also read some poor reviews which I now feel were unjustified ) and felt strong enough to call after delivery to say so! In short. A really quality product at a great price and a lovely team at Lakeland home (order LH7064 3 bin store)

Placed the order, heard nothing for a week, chased up and said I'd get a tracking code within a couple of days. A week later, nothing, so I cancelled. I did at least get a refund immediately.
Just a waste of time!

EWWWWWW - SCAM OF A BUSINESS

Extremely delayed delivery and when the product finally came it was badly damaged. Very poor communication from customer service when I contacted them about it being damaged

Very disappointed in the customer service with this company.

Three months after the initial order (in July 2025), we have only received one out of three pieces and simply gave up on the other two, asking for a refund. But the main issue is the huge amount of frustration and time spent on emails / phone calls to these people, constantly being promised a delivery the next week or even later that week, only to have nothing show up and having to call them up.. yet again… and again. In the rare cases that a delivery is scheduled and confirmed DO NOT try to shift the date. We tried that twice and each time the item(s) simply disappeared even though a later delivery date had been agreed and scheduled. We think those re-scheduled items were simply given to someone else (the few people with fast deliveries!). All in all this was a nightmare, soul-crushing experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone else.

It’s been 4 months and not received my order or refund…. Just had to submit a refund request through my bank……. I’ve emailed them and put formal complaint in…..that was 4 weeks ago … nothing……not sure how they e allowed to get away with it

This is an honest review DO NOT BUY from this company. Their customer service do nothing but tell you lie after lie. I ordered a shed and NEVER got it and it took me over 3 weeks to get my money back. I dont even want to rate this company one star but i had to but would honestly rate them MINUS 10 stars. Never have i dealt with a british company as bad as this, they should not be allowed to trade

Do not use this company. Deliveries are late, parts are defected and customer service is appalling.

ZERO! Avoid this company at all costs! I placed an order 16.08.25 and after 2 months of chasing and receiving false delivery promises I requested a refund. And I’m still waiting!! I am now having to contact the bank to try and recover £220. These are scammers . Do not order

I thought I was ordering from a safe company, thinking it was linked with ‘Lakeland’ so I didn’t check Trustpilot before placing the order.
Big mistake.
After waiting double the original longest quoted delivery time, sending three emails and making one telephone call (in which I was promised a delivery which never showed) I have asked for my money back.
What a complete waste of time.

Zero stars. Ordered a wheelie bin store. 7-10 working days delivery. No contact at all. I have called and been told I will receive tracking details at some point but they have no idea when “it’s frustrating for us too”! I have requested a refund. What a waste of time.

Order placed for 'instock' item.... After 10 working days was assured the order was on it's way to me and I would recieve tracking information imminently. 7 working days later (after chasing) I'm told 'there is a delay with stock arriving into the UK' - waiting to see if/ when a refund is processed....

A.contacted by phone was told if I ordered the shed before 1300hrs that day I could expect delivery in 48hrs.Also told that shed was in stock.3-4 weeks later no sign of shed !!.
B.contacted bank to investigate as the purchase was made on debit card.
C.contacted citizens advice and consequently reported this company too trading standards.

Ordered a wheelie bin storage. It didn't arrive, contacted them and was told its been delayed. Weeks later still nothing. Called them up and told them I wanted to cancel the order, was told to email this request which I did. Finally received a full refund. Complete waste of time, I should have checked Trustpilot before ordering - lesson learned.

Lakeland Home appears to be the same company as Garden Deals Direct (same letter box only registered address, same single director and significant shareholder who has multiple directorships, same product photos and descriptions). A quick search on companies house pulls up all the relevant details, including the multiple warnings his companies are about to be struck off.

This set up gives every impression of being a rogue trader. AVOID.

My experiences with Garden Deals Direct are identical to those described here; promised delivery date missed; still waiting a month after ordering; failure to reply to emails; failure to answer the phone (it took me 20 attempts); same horrific piped music when on hold.

Next stop: Consumer credit Act S75 claim with Visa and a complaint to trading standards.
