We had a great time in Eve's cottage at Lakes Edge for our mini moon. The undercover hot tub and the mini sauna are amazing, and the grounds are beautiful to walk around. We can't wait to come back!

We had a thorough enjoyable stay at Adam's Lodge at Lake's Edge. The lodge is a characterful and comfortable converted gatehouse set in extensive and very attractive landscaped grounds, with easy access for countryside walks, and great county pubs and villages nearby. Highly recommended for a peaceful country retreat.

Great accommodation, perfect for relaxation. Make sure you explore the grounds fully, there are some beautiful spots. Very well looked after by Liz - thank you!

We stayed in Eve's cottage for our mini moon 21st-25th June and it was absolutely wonderful.
The lodge itself is everything that we had hoped for, with all the home comforts we wanted, but also with added luxury! The hot tub and sauna are maintained very well and really gave it that 'special' edge for a mini moon. We took our dogs with us, and the grounds/woods were absolutely perfect for them, with plenty of walks - and the enclosed garden was just ideal, as we could relax knowing they were safe.
Liz and Shan are perfect hosts, and really made us feel welcome, with some fizz ready in the fridge for our arrival (Thank you so much!!).
Lakes Edge is perfect for people wanting that extra bit of luxury, but who also like the outdoors. We managed to find lots of lovely walks nearby or a short drive so we could explore the countryside. Berrington Hall was beautiful and we also ventured up to Acton Beauchamp for a longer walk. The restaurants near and within Leominster were also second to none and I would highly recommend The Salwey, The Riverside and Jalalabad Indian for food!!
We will definitely be back!!

We stayed at the Gaggles with children. It was an amazing cottage. We would highly recommend this place. The swimmining pool was a hit with the children. They loved playing in the pool. We would come back to visit again no doubt.

We loved our stay in Poachers barn. This was our Second time staying there. We just love it and the kids absolutely love the pool.
Everything is furnished lovely in the property and every little detail has been thought of to make your stay perfect.
The estate grounds are also lovely. We got to see the beautiful rhododendrons in full bloom this time which was lovely.
Our children also loved the little play park.
Cannot recommend enough.

The Barn is an amazing property and the indoor pool and large garden are a hit with children and dogs alike.
Very secure parking as all entries are gated.

We had a fantastic week staying in the Barn, to celebrate a 50th Wedding Anniversary. The house is spacious and finished to a very high quality. The kitchen had every utensil you could possible need and a huge table to seat up to 12. The kids loved the indoor swimming pool and the adults could keep an eye on activities in the pool while relaxing on the sun loungers. There is also a beautiful spot by the BBQ to have an al fresco dinner and watch the sun go down. We explored the grounds, got lost in the wood and found a fairy garden! A truly magical week - we'll definitely be back.

We stayed at Butlers Cottage over a half term break and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The 4-bedroom cottage was beautiful and perfect for our party of 8; it was equipped with everything you could possibly need and everything was spotless and clean to a good standard. The hot-tub and sauna were definitely a bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable!! Lovely garden space with a barbeque area and gorgeous grounds to explore. There is also a small play area nearby on the grounds for the children to enjoy. The management team were fantastic and quick to respond to any queries, Liz was very approachable and welcoming! If you are looking to getaway and switch off, this is an ideal location! Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning!!

My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic stay in Eve lodge for our anniversary and loved every minute of our stay!
The lodges are nestled within the most idyllic grounds, I cannot put into words how relaxing our stay was.

Our booking was very easy, with Liz helping us along the way ensuring that everything was arranged for our stay. The party package, champagne and flowers certainly added a lovely touch to our arrival.
Shan is a most gratious and welcoming host, keeping up the professional quality service we'd already received.

We will certainly be going back to Lakes Edge, this time with our family in one of the larger lodges where there's a private pool!

Beautiful house. Stayed in Poachers Barn and its very luxurious. Super comfy beds beautiful pool and the grounds were wonderful to explore with our children.

This was an 80th birthday celebration for my husband. Three generations came and it was the perfect holiday with a private swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Also there was 45 acres of land to get lost in, just like your own private National Trust. No one wanted to go home.

The most wonderful and relaxing stay we’ve ever had! It made my other half’s 30th super special. Not only is Adam Lodge (one of the two gate houses) a wonderful, modern and very well kitted out place to stay but the grounds were spectacular. Having woods, lakes and beautiful grounds to explore all to yourself was amazing. Liz the host couldn’t be more accommodating and we cannot wait to visit again. 100% would recommend!

Just returned from our 2nd stay at Lake's Edge and I cannot believe how spectacular this secluded hidden gem is. We stayed in The Gaggles, full of charm, character and equipped with everything we could possibly need (including locally sourced bubbly). The whole team were faultless throughout our stay again and an extra special thanks to Liz for arranging the Birthday decorations before arrival. The pool, sauna and steam room just pure luxury and would highly recommend!!! The grounds when we stayed first time in the winter we're just magical with lake side walks, waterfalls and on site castle. We really didn't think we could better our previous stay but it did. The perfectly manicured grounds just heaven, it was really difficult to stop taking photos of everything.

Just returned from another fabulous stay in Adams Lodge on the wonderful Lakes Edge Estate. The accommodation is first class and the service provided by the estate staff (particularly Liz) is amazing and nothing appears to be too much trouble to ensure you thoroughly enjoy your stay. The whole estate is an absolute joy to walk through with wonderful mature woodland walks. Lake views and abundant wildlife. Lakes Edge really is true haven for those longing for a relaxing tranquil weekend away from it all. We're already planning our third visit.

I booked a last minute trip to Lakes Edge for a mini moon post covid wedding and was not disappointed. Our stay was fantastic. The staff were very tentative to everything we needed, the private grounds were stunning and Butlers cottage was such a lovely place to stay with its cozy fire, sauna, hot tub and enclosed garden which our dog absolutely loved.
