Rigo and his crew were at our house 48 hours after the recent heavy rains had seeped into our basement and completely soaked our carpet. Removing the carpet was essential and they did that and then some. Also repaired some drywall. The job was completed in 2 1/2
days. Also working around other urgent jobs. The guys were very helpful and respectful and Rigo was very reassuring that everything would be okay and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Despite numerous attempts to contact them and having paid for services in full, I have yet to receive services or even a start date for services.

These guys are great! Thorough, clean, respectful, showed up on time and completely took care of the problem. Mold os completely eliminated from the basement walls and a clean fresh smell was left in its place. Highly recommend for their service, price, and remediation services! Will use again!

I couldn't be more grateful for the fantastic service provided by Lakeshore. After experiencing significant flood damage in our home, their team responded quickly and professionally, putting our minds at ease during a very stressful time. They arrived quickly, assessed the damage thoroughly, and explained every step of the mitigation/restoration process. Their crew worked very efficiently, getting the house down to the studs in no time! I've also been so thankful for their expertise in working with our insurance company to get us the the funds we need. We're moving forward with Lakeshore to do our rebuild based on the excellent service they've provided already.

Rigo and his team at Lakeshore Restoration (Alex, José, Paulido) were great for responsiveness and quick, efficient service on a damaged garage ceiling tile. From initial contact via web/text/email I had a phone call within the hour. The site visit was conducted within 3 days and Rigo sent the estimate (reasonable pricing!) via email the following day.
Work was completed this morning (his team arrived on time and finished repairs within 65 mins total).
My damaged garage ceiling tile and old insulation were removed, the loose pipe was fixed, new insulation and anti-mold spray applied along with replacement plasterboard installed. The team from Lakeshore Restoration will not disappoint. They cleaned up all debris and carted the refuse away. Very happy client here!
