Our experience with Ted was nothing short of spectacular. From the start of the conversation, he relieved us of so much stress. We were looking to receive information. After which, we planned to discuss amongst ourselves whether or not we would be moving forward with the process. Ted made all aspects so seamless, and was so prompt with getting information to us, that we couldn't imagine not moving forward. The world is in need of more individuals like him. It is easy to see that he is very knowledgeable and enjoys what he is doing. His commitment to providing excellent service, has not gone unnoticed. I recently wrote a review that I had just joined this program and that so far everything was going well. I since read all the negative reviews on the better Business bureau website and I combed through the contract extensively. I came to realize that this was exactly the same thing as the program I had entered into once before with a different law firm. To say the least that was a complete disaster. All the accounts I gave them wound up in collections, my credit rating tanked and they didn't even clear 50% of the debt that they had promised to negotiate and fix. Therefore I canceled my participation in this program. Buyer beware. I dodged a bullet.

I had an excellent experience. It was pleasure working with Ted. He was very knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. If you are deciding to enroll in the program I highly recommend working with him.

So far my experience with the company has been extremely good. They are easy to talk with on the phone and super helpful in explaining the steps in the process of the consolidation. I spoke with Kevin today and was able to easily push my monthly payment out to match my pay checks this month. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for help becoming debt free.
