Do NOT buy from this company!!!!!!

Buyer beware! After waiting two months for my bench, it arrived in terrible condition. The four legs weren't even wrapped, there was one small sheet of padding around the top of the bench that wasn't secure. There are big chunks, chips, holes, scratches, gouges in everything, the paint job it poor. Company not will not even offer more than 5% discount to make it right! Do not buy from this company!
I have experienced the exact same thing this buyer warned about:
"Absolutely the WORST purchase I have ever made in my life. The quality is appalling, and the delivery conditions were even worse. After 8 weeks of waiting and countless follow-ups, I finally received a torn, noisy box. When I opened it, I was shocked — not a single basic protective measure had been taken. All the wooden pieces were dumped directly into the box without any covers, bubble wrap, or even a single sheet of paper.

Every piece had chipped edges, multiple surfaces were visibly damaged, and the overall condition was unacceptable. I could not believe my eyes".

Sent the wrong items

Sent the weong items , ordered floating drawers and they sent cabinets I sent emails stating I was sent the wrong thing they argued saying the order was checked went back and forth several times, made it impossible to just get a return I ended up keeping them only to find out there was wrong cut outs on the pieces , missing hardware, and wrong directions RIP OFF

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE: THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU A REFUND EVEN IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED.
The ottoman I purchased was packaged poorly and arrived terribly misshapen and unusable. I emailed Lakiq pictures and they agreed that the ottoman was damaged. And still, there was no way they were returning my money once they had it. What kind of sham business are they running? They are not to be trusted. You should also know that their products are cheaply made in China.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

the sales web site states partial assembly, not it is TOTAL assembly and the materials used are cheap.

Poor quality and abysmal customer service

My coffee able took forever to get here. The quality was okay, but probably not what you'd expect for the price. The real problem was that they sent me the wrong table and wouldn't do anything about it! They wouldn't even refund the difference in price.

This is an awful company

This is an awful company. Their after sales is shocking. Damaged chairs arrived and they are not interested in after care. I would avoid this company like the plague.

The check of it all, wanting me to pay for the return of all the chairs. They would offer any support. Dispute with PayPal. They are rude and untrustworthy. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid.

Product arrived and is of very poor quality. We ordered a shoe cabinet.
The sides are showing all the screw heads and no decor caps are supplied to mask the ugly screws.
Customer service doesn’t care.

Worst website ever!

The biggest mistake we made was ordering from Lakiq. Do NOT make the same mistake!

We ordered in March, and the product never arrived. They claimed delivery was “attempted,” but that’s simply not true. I asked for the item to be redelivered — after a ridiculously long wait, they told me it was now “unavailable” and offered a 10% discount on something else. Nothing they had matched our needs.

I asked multiple times, politely, for a refund. They refused to give back our money and refused to send the furniture we paid for.

At this point, I believe this company is running a scam. Save yourself the frustration — do not order from them.

I ordered bookshelves that were crap

I ordered bookshelves that were supposed to be all wood. What showed up was complete garbage. The shelves were like compressed cardboard and very thin. They will not function as a bookshelf. I am kicking myself for not looking at more reviews. This company needs to be put out of business. They are cheating the public. I bought these bookcases in good faith. Nothing but a scam.

I had a very bad experience with this company, LAKIQ. I ordered three chairs and they sent me two and the wrong package. I have been trying for 5 months to get them to return the missing chair or refund my money, and they have not given me any response.

Lakiq should rename to thiefs

Customer service, only by email and often no reply.
Ordered large round stone table with lazy Susan oct 2024. Took 6months to deliver, arrived brocken/unusable, to date, Aug 2025. No refund and or no replacement table. Lost £1300. Now not even replying to emails.
Do Not Use been totally scammed.

CROOKS & SCAMMERS disguised as a furniture store

I cannot warn anybody enough, do NOT buy from these scammers! I ordered a tv unit, £868 including shipping. I woke on the middle of the night and my mind wouldn’t rest and it suddenly occurred to me I should have checked them out in trust pilot. I did this at 4am and to my absolute horror realised I had made a huge mistake. I cancelled the order literally 6 hours after placing it, only to face a full day of counter offers of discounts etc. I flatly declined each offer, then raised a dispute in PayPal. They mailed me saying they would give me a refund ‘if I closed the PayPal case’. Then they announced the 10% handling fee (for an order placed 6 hours before which did not involve any ‘handling’). I fought my case and PayPal concluded today that a full refund would be made without any ‘handling fee’ I’m so relieved and I will never make this mistake again - PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company!

Shipped broken product, and did not ship other

Bought 2, shipped broken product, did not ship correct part to replace and will not refund you even if they said they will and the other did not ship at all. Takes long time to ship so your credit card dispute will almost be out of timeframe, so not worth.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! They re refusing to issue a refund, and adding all this nonsense to their policy that is not explicitly stated in their Return FAQ. The product looked cheap, and trying to claim that "they did the best they could to best represent the product." Ok cool, congrats, I still hate it and want to return the product... and now they are saying that I would need to pay for international shipping, duties, and if damaged, no refund. This was shipped from California.. Like hello?!?! THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED! AVOID!

Customer service is a joke

Ordered an $800 dollar toilet specifically for our rough-in design. It took 6 weeks for delivery. Upon arrival the cardboard package was in horrible condition. I started to open and the toilet lid had a corner that was in 20 peices and completely unrepairable. There are also two large cracks starting from the top of the tank to the lip of the bowl. I documented everything and filled out a complaint for damaged goods. I was assuming a new toilet but no, they will give me a new lid and a compound mixture that I have to apply myself to fix the tank. This company is a joke and I plan on fighting until I get a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM LAKIQ! completely disaster.
