Excellent customer service. Had an issue it was sorted within days. I love this company and their products.

Where do I start, first discovered Lakrids by Bulow, when I saw a box that my neighbour had delivered, was curious, looked online, great choice, easy to use site, easy ordering, good delivery time. The liquorice is just gorgeous, my husband loves liquorice, so I bought him some to try, I am normally not a fan but this liquorice is lovely, quality ingredients, lovely taste, good flavour selection,husband loves it, he is hooked, I just bought him a big selection for his birthday, one happy man.

The best gluten-free licorice in the world! I've bought multiple times from Lakrids, both their 'plain' jars of licorice and the chocolate-coated ones. They always arrive on time and taste fantastic. I really wish they would make licorice wheels or red licorice next!

Love your liquorice in fact I could become addicted so long as it’s the original with chocolate. Your website is easy your service and delivery is great and you look after your customers with the cost of a superb product.

Ordering online was simple, delivery information accurate and could be tracked. I was initially sent some Lakrids by Bulow chocolate covered liquorice for a gift years ago and it was so delicious I have since ordered as gifts for friends and it never disappoints.

Bought the £45 advent calendar for my mum for Christmas. She absolutely loved it. It arrived in good time, was a beautifully presented box (all the family said how impressive it was). Most importantly the liquorice was delicious! I never knew you could get do many flavours. My mum loved the excitement of trying new flavours each day. Surprisingly, sour strawberry and frosty mint came out top. So I ordered her some more in good time for Christmas. This is the second year I’ve bought the calendar snd I’ll definitely do it again this year.

Oh my goodness, I think I’m in love! This is the best liquorice I’ve ever had. I just love all of the different flavours. I bought these for my husband for his birthday and I was very grateful that he was kind enough to share a few with me.

I absolutely love Lakrids my daughter introduced me to them last Christmas and now I’m hooked! They’re so delicious that you just can’t stop eating them, when I’m not eating them I’m thinking about eating them, I literally cannot pass the jar! I treated myself to an advent calendar not knowing that my daughter also purchased me one, so I started in November instead of December and will have a few packs of 4 ready for January my New Year treat! The flavours are so delicious my favourites are the raspberry, passion fruit, chocolate orange, salted caramel plus strawberries & cream! They’re like a flavour sensation in your mouth, the strawberries and cream for example you’d swear you were eating strawberries and cream then you get to the liquorice which is like no liquorice that I’ve ever eaten it’s so smooth and the flavour so delicious you just don’t want to swallow them! I have bought 3 assorted boxes as Christmas gifts for my sisters and friend everyone who has tried them also love them so I’ve started a new trend among family and friends! Lakrids by Bulow are also an excellent firm to deal with, my orders have arrived promptly and well packaged, I have also purchased them in John Lewis!

Wow what a pleasant surprise when I was given a sample to test. I never thought of the flavour possibilities till I checked the shop and the sit. My daughter has gifted me the advent calendar and I have been telling my work colleagues about the taste but difficult for the reluctant liquorice testers to buy a large container if unsure if they like it.
Ideal if more opportunity for samples even in stores that sell the brand like our John Lewis store in Cheltenham

Really love this product in all its flavour options. I order mine and delivery is seamless and prompt. Can’t wait to get into the advent calendar!

Bought a packet from Westfields Shepherd's Bush.
When I got home, it was open and had been eaten from 🤮

The staff were so unhelpful, as if I was inconveniencing them for returning the product.

There was no sense of regret, almost as if this has happened before
