As a Developer we 100% trust Lamb & Co and use them multiple times each year. The staff are all really friendly and helpful and have a lot of local area knowledge and experience.
We especially like having one contact who progresses sales for us, so is always on top of where each sale is is in the process.

I was lucky as Lamb and Co found a buyer for my property within a week.
I was less lucky with the length of time the sale took to complete due to it being a leasehold property, however, Hayley was generally very good in keeping me updated and always responded to my queries quickly. She was always cheerful and pleasant abs very easy to deal with.

Lamb and Co have been professional, helpful and friendly during our dealings with them. Caitlin in particular was very good at communicating with us.

Just sold my dad's house in Clacton. We were very happy with the service Lamb & Co provided. The house wasn't on the market a week when someone placed an offer. Since then they were very good keeping us informed on the progress all the way. Dad is now living with us just in time for Christmas.
