We have just exchanged on the purchase of a property listed with lamb & co . They have been brilliant from the offset when I walked into their office and explained the type of property and location id like to purchase. They found the perfect match and our offer was accepted. The process of exchanging due to multiple reasons and complications unfortunately went from weeks to months. The process seemed to grind to a holt. Hayley Jones became our sales progressor at a time where it seemed nothing was moving the purchase forward. She instantly added a new positive energy and became the linchpin between all the parties. She set the tone for keeping everything moving forward and was vital in getting us to completion. Always available for advice and really enjoyable to work with. I hope to work with Hayley again and for anyone who gets her assigned to your case you are in very good hands.

Lamb and Co really pushed to maintain momentum though the sale process. Hayley in particular was excellent in pursuing information on progress from solicitors and keeping us in touch with what was going on - to the extent that I was getting information from Hayley before hearing from elsewhere. Great service!

I went with lamb and co to rent my first flat. Being a first time renter combined with being chronically ill made my preconceptions of the process quite stressful. I'm glad to say lamb and co and there online vouch service they use for the application process made things very quick and carefree and before long I found myself in my new place, with utilities setup easily as part of the process. The agents I worked with (Lee Price and Coral Manning) were very understanding and professional every step of the way and took extra time to give me updates when there was any and explain more on anything I was unsure of. Hand to my heart can't think of anything they could've done better.

Hayley has been very helpful right from the start, giving us regular updates on the progress of our house purchase. She explained everything and was very friendly and approachable. She is very quick to get back to me if I've had to leave a message. Overall excellent service from a buyer's perspective. I'd use them if we ever had to sell, they have a good work ethos.

In what has been challenging times to sell property Lamb & Co have been exceptional - plenty of viewings all managed by the sales team. Even when the first buyer of the property fell though a new buyer was found within days which resulted in a sale managed by Hayley Jones being completed in only 6 weeks!
