Lambs & Co yet again proved to us they are the best.
Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Praise must go to Jo Lambs Sales Progresser who was friendly, informative together with great customer service and was just as excited when we sold, exchanged and given moving date as we were.Fantastic.

The estate agents of lamb and co are really kind, patient, and understanding. Even when I’m stressed about any documents that need submission they are always good in proving solutions or something that I will cheer me up. They are so kind spoken and treat their clients nicely. I just want to say a big THANK you to each and everyone of you for making my dream come true. I can’t thank you guys enough from the deepest part of me I say I’m greatful 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. We cannot praise Lamb and Co. enough, as right from the start they went that extra mile, especially Jo Millar who was so informative and gave an exceptional customer service from the start, a real credit to her company, and at the same time was so friendly and helpful.

Our experience with Jo from Lamb and Co has been exceptional. She has gone above and beyond to make our buying process the best it could be. She has always been there to answer questions and chase people on our behalf and would give us reminders when things needed to be done. Jo kept us informed at all times either by phone or email . Paris did a great job of keeping me updated with viewings etc. Once they had found me a buyer, Hayley (Sales Progression) was amazing throughout the progression of the sale, always keeping me informed of the next stage and chasing up all parties in order to complete. All in all, a great team effort - thank you!

Coral made the entire process stress free, she is a pleasure to deal with and no question went unanswered, she was quick and went the extra mile for the situation we found ourselves in. Cannot thank her enough for all the work she put in at the start and then throughout our rental time and even went beyond as we were leaving and come back over at our request. Really felt like we were being looked after. Had the pleasure of meeting some of the other team members and speaking to them in emails. Again all staff were pleasant, friendly and efficient, felt like we were important no matter who we were speaking with.

Great service, our agent was friendly, professional, very informative and helpful. I Would highly recommend.

Sold and completed our property recently with Lamb and Co and in truth, we really do question what we have paid the money for.
From the off set, Scott was unwilling to work with us on photos when we weren't happy with them. Having then closed their offices and no longer having a site in Harwich, we did all viewings ourselves and rarely heard anything from the team having to chase them for feedback or information on more than one occasion.
We heard from the estate agents we were buying from every week to keep us up to date with how the chain was moving and even towards the end regarding completion dates and moving toward we knew all information from the vendors agents and not Lamb & co.
On completion day we didn't even get a call from Lamb&Co! Nothing at all, zero communication we relied on the solicitors and other estate agents to communicate for them. Not even a congratulations on selling your home!
Do yourselves a favour and pop your house on with Harwich Village team; they have experience and personal touches that sadly the team at Lamb&Co are seriously lacking.

Tony was extremely helpful - being first time buyers, everything was quite unfamiliar to us, but Tony talked through the process and was constantly sourcing potential properties within our criteria for us to view.

Even though the property we ended up buying wasn't listed with Lamb & Co, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Lamb & Co in the future if I needed any help with selling my property.

We bought from Lamb & Co and we could not fault them from the beginning to the end. All the staff were extremely helpful, Hayley went beyond with keeping the seller reassured as we were delayed considerably and also keeping us informed of any news. We have moved from Bedfordshire and do not (did not) know Clacton well and having Lamb & Co look after us so well made the whole experience much more bearable. Thank you to all the staff.

Had a few problem with my property. The back gate would not lock properly and the kitchen door was hard to lock. The maintenence man did a very good job and fixed the problem with a respectful manner. Would definitely recommend him and would certainly have him fix problems again.
