Poor communication about processing of…
Poor communication about processing of the order, long delivery time, and poor communication on the delivery partner - DPD side. They provide the worst parcel service in Hungary, including parcel follow-up, possibility of changing address or timing of delivery, their website is a crap :( The driver did not even know where the package is coming from, was not even interested just wanted to drop it as fast as possible.
PS: I see you want to have a photo of my ID in order to ensure I'm not a robot. This is ridiculois, I downgraded my rate from 3 to 1!!!!
I might consider to forward this info to the authorities...

Reverse shock: It's actually a good website
The site, the service, everything was perfect. Friend of mine sent me a link that she wants this lamp. At first I thought it's one of those shady sites. But actually it isn't. It's a legit webshop and everything went fine. The lamp is an actual quality lamp, the bulbs are actually good bulbs. So, I'd say it's a very good shop. A rarity in today's world. Keep up the great work!

The product was broken
I ordered a fanlamp and one of the three lampbag was broken. (In this case the other two are useless.) I sent an email to the shop but they didn’t answered after 2 days. I am disappointed ‘cause the product was expensive. I don’t want to send back. I just asked where can I buy the broken part… I never order again from this web shop.
