Zaslali jsme Vám potvrzení, číslo na sledování zásilky a faktury.
Je fakt, že během realizace se stala technická chyba a odeslali jsme balík s opožděním. Ale teď je to normálně na cestě.

I am very satisfied with the store (e-shop), the lights are wonderful, the store's communication is also great. Only the delivery times are sometimes lengthy, but it is worth the wait. The material, workmanship and impression are all breathtaking. I am buying for the third time and every time I am maximally satisfied.

Excellent service and a very positive shopping experience. One of the five lamps I ordered arrived damaged in transit, but the company responded immediately and sent a replacement without any hassle. Delivery was fast, communication was smooth, and the prices are very fair. I would definitely shop here again and can highly recommend this store!
