The package arrived damaged. It’s impossible to contact the company. The phone number doesn’t exist, the chat doesn’t work, and I don’t know how else to get in touch.

I recommend
At first I was worry, because no confirmation email was sent. But during approx. 30 minutes it was send. Next day I received sending information from DPD and during next two day I had lightings at home. Unfortunately the shipment was'n complete. I wrote an email and within few minutes I had positive response. Next day they sent second part of my shipment. So I rate the company positively. Good communication, quick delivery.I recommend.

Ordinary scammers!
Ordinary scammers. They send defective goods, returns don't work, you can't get in touch and no one responds to emails. One big scam and I'll report it to the Czech Inspectorate.

Pokud jste nedostala odpověď, to znamená, že nebo mail nedorazil nebo je ve spamu.
Podíváme se na mailovou schránku a odpovíme, pokud mail dorazil.

Podle informace z panelu přepravní společnosti zásilka byla v doručení v posledním týdnu.
Nepodařilo se doručit zásilku. Jako důvod je zadaná informace o chybné adrese.

The lamp I received is dirty, damaged
The lamp I received is dirty. The glass has internal defects. It is impossible to reach someone on your phone information line. Emails with or without attachments are repeatedly returned to me.
Charging CZK 140 for sending defective goods is unreasonable.
The only thing I am satisfied with is the speed of delivery and the quality of packaging.

Není pravdou, že při vrácení poškozeného zboží odpočítáme 140 CZK. Na webové stránce máme uvedené podminky.
Pokud zboží je poškozené, rozbité nebo nefunguje, zákazník má právo zaslat mailem žádost o štítek zdarma.
