LED hanglamp Orbitas: Not gold, but copper
LED hanglamp Orbitas, Ø 80 cm, goudkleurig, metaal, dimmer:
1. The ceiling (cross) fixation must be fixed 2 mm from the ceiling...! The screw holes are otherwise not aligned, and therefore it is impossible to screw in the main ceiling (round) piece.
2. The screw holes should be made more away from the ceiling.
3. The ceiling (cross) fixation should be a bit bigger (better fit to the main ceiling piece) or the screws longer.
4. The color is not gold but copper ! The pictures show gold...
But overall, nice effect once installed...
For me, it is a 3.5-4.0 stars.

I have no issue with your company but with your carrier services . I pay for a delivery in my address but the carrier deliver directly the packet in shop which is 25' away from my address . I send 2 mails in your contact servicesdepartement and they both told me that they send a message to the carrier ..this not solved my problem and today after 13 days i we,t my self to the shop to collect the packet . This is unacceptable and im very desappointed

Extremely long waiting time, continuous postpones , the order finally arrives and part of it is broken. Sent a mail about it, nobody answers back!

Good reaction and nice troubleshooting
One of the lamp arrived broken, they ordered a replacement and I received the right part for the broken lamp. Very good.

Bought 4 lamps their delivery company (GLS) did not deliver it to their own parcel shop and the parcel was sent back. They must change delivery company
