Customer Service need improve communication
The product it self is ok. All arrived well, but customer service needs more training how to talk with customer. I tried to check status of my parcel because data on website accoun said that shop is out of stock, and I need to wait. In phone call with a customer Service I changed double checking... and the worker became frustrated why I am asking repeated questions, I was interrupted multiple time while talking.... so all in all. I hope you do not have to contact Customer Service. Otherway the product is oke.

Scam company, stay away
This is a scam company, beware. I received an item I didn’t order, just a piece of metal in the box instead of 3 lamps I ordered. And now they say that I have to take this HUGE box and send it them it by myself. They are not going to send a proper order or return money.

thank you for your review. I am sorry to learn that you do not like your lamp. My apologies for the inconvenience. We need the lamp back in our warehouse before we can refund to you. Free return is via GLS. You can return via another courier if you like but then it is not for free.

Have faced few issues with the order.
1. The delivery took way longer than was promised initially.
2. On one part of the lamp there were small spots without a paint.

Delivery and material problems
Delivery was not as promised on your site 2-4 days but double the time so it ruined my plans . Second the minute 8 put the solar lamp out of the box and in the ground it broke into pieces . So obviously the material isn't sturdy enough .
Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

After week of waiting (products…
After week of waiting (products should’ve arrived in two days) I’ve decided to call them and see what happened. They simply told me that it’ll actually take month and half to arrive like it’s normal. Of course immediately I asked to cancel the order and till now didn’t see any confirmation or money.
