I order a set of lamp bases
I order a set of lamp bases, on the website was stated 45.5 cm diameter. At arrival, both bases shrinked to 38 cm...but I payed for 45.5 cm price! So, because they look good, I decided to keep it but I emailed the company and told them about their mystake. I told them I want to order again, but I want to be sure this time I get the 45.5 cm diameter. They say yes, sure. And the 2-nd package arrives and it is again, 38 cm diameter, these I returned and it is not nice! This is so ridiculous!!!

Package still not arrived to address in Romania after more than one week. I see now producta are actually shipped from the Netherlands, not a local warehouse. Not very practical and earth-friendly, I would not order again

We ordered from Romania and everything arrived well. Just 1 product had a defect in the top of the glass. We send e-mails with pictures and the company send us the shipping label for the free return and reimbursement arrived a couple of weeks after. The customer service was responsive and all worked out well.
