DO NOT BUY puppies from Lancaster Puppies website! I got badly scammed there and contacted them and they did nothing to stop the scammers Puppy Mills at their website! Heart broken for the ones who got scammed and the puppies they are abusing!!!

PUPPY MILLS! They overbreed their dogs to the point rescues have to take over. They have investigations pending as well.

BUYER BEWARE- This is a puppy mill, meaning all of the puppies available for purchase came from mother dogs who have been horribly abused and neglect. If you support them, you are apart of the problem! Please learn from my mistake and go to a rescue or a reputable breeder.

To all those complaining about Lancaster puppies! What do you expect when you go to Amish country to the puppy Mills to get a puppy? You are not going to get a healthy puppy. You probably passed up ten good breeders who charge more but have healthy puppies.

In April of 2022, my family and I decided to look for a German shepherd puppy. We found one and immediately fell in love. We went to pick her up and were not allowed to see where the puppies were being kept. (red flag!) We also noticed how badly our puppy smelled, and there were things stuck to her fur. Weeks later, our new puppy started getting very VERY sick. We brought her to the vet where she had to be kept overnight and given medical treatment. We found out that she had some sort of parasite that would have killed her if left untreated. This whole situation could have been avoided if the breeder took care of the dogs, instead of wanting to make a quick buck. There was no record of any vaccines or dewormers that were supposed to be administered.

I have gone back on the site and have seen the SAME breeder post a new litter of puppies! I have a bad feeling that the animals there are being bred far too often! The address of the so called breeder is 881 eshelman mill road, Lancaster PA.

PLEASE, if you are using Lancaster Puppies in order to find your forever friend, make sure the puppies are being properly taken care of by the breeders. Lancaster puppies, it is your responsibility to ensure that all breeders listed on this site are ethical!

Hello my name is rayven , I’ve asked for a supervisor over Lancaster and Buckeye puppies to contact me regarding a situation with my mother and step sister being racially profiled by your employee black slathered by your company in Breeder who has dealing with your company? Which I was denied that right to leave a message regarding complaint !. They are puppy mill site that falsely says they against , they bully minors and try to have them kill themselves so empathy or compassion they run under Amish puppy mill Breeder . I would like someone over Leon to contact me regarding his communication and favoritism he have displayed which has caused my minor sister to feel worthless depressed , anxiety attack and much more pain in suffering from the attitude and displeasure conversation and favoritism Leon unethically displayed to her

I got 2 dogs from this site and both have emotional damage scared to death do not go threw this site needs to be banned

I bought a pit husky male 4months I never had a pup that didn’t know what the outside looked like he’s very skiddish he was not arnd people only had 1st set of shots it’s ashame never had a dog that didn’t socialize right now he’s a work in progress but I would never get a dog from Lancaster puppies again

My family and I adopted/purchase a shihTzu mix puppy from the Allen Mast family in Lancaster Pa. She had a very serious heart murmur, a bad one... and when we contacted the breeder, they were very clear in telling us that we need to return the dog in order to get a refund and they were going to put the poor dog down. This made no sense to me because why give me my money back and put the dog down? When I can keep the dog, give it the best life I can until she does die and still get my money back ? It just seems so evil to me. So we kept the dog, she lived one year, and died. We never got another puppy from the breeder. We never got our money back. He still advertises with them, I checked today before posting this review. I did complain right after we purchased our puppy to the site but they didn't do anything, all they said was they would look into it. This weekend we're going to adopt a new dog, just not from the lancasterpuppies.com site.

We drove out Ohio and picked the puppy up, all the way from Connecticut. We did have an appointment but when we arrived the lady wasn't there and some teenage children helped us. We were very disappointed. We drove a long ways 9 hrs. We did not get to meet the parents like they said we could. We did not get to see the rest of the siblings. They had just bathed the puppy and gave it to us wet. Even though the puppy was just bathed, he still stunk. Since we had given them a $500 deposit two weeks prior through a check and they had told us it was not refundable, We thought it'd be best to leave with the puppy for the time and money we had already invested. We paid the remaining balance of $1000 cash, got some really basic paperwork, the guarantee they told us about we did not get in writing. the paperwork they gave us was just the dog's breed date of birth price and shots. It was basically just written on a piece of paper by them. We got a receipt and later on a room at the Holiday Inn with the puppy who pooped out worms immediately. We drove home the next day and about 2 days later our puppy was very ill with a very heavy case of Giardia Coccidia and hook worms. We spent $1200 to save our puppy's life and we never got a refund. There are lots of breeders on this site but definitely avoid the Amish. They're never available on sundays never so hint hint. Common last names are Yoder Troyer Miller Hershberger Keim. I noticed a lot of them live in Sugar Creek Millersburg Baltic New Bedford areas. Never again.
