Lance Mason have been excellent and very thorough regarding my case, they have kept in regular contact to update me of any progress. I have spoken to a few of the solicitors working on my case and Ridwan Khonat was absolutely brilliant and got my claim settled asap. Highly recommended.

Very positive experience

I had horrific car accident, they told me this was no win no fee arrangement with them.
Initially had a awful claims handler who was difficult to communicate and deal with. he used all the legal jargon and lost me completely at times. Then was generally not a nice person to have to communicate with.
since then Rachel and John Konczak have been dealing with my case and what a difference. much better understanding of what happening and they were clear and patient with me. just goes to show that its the PEOPLE in your organization that make the difference between a good reputation and a bad one. Thanks John/Rachel i much appreciate your help.
