This is for Lancôme Ireland. Absolutely awful customer service, I would give it zero stars if it was an option. When you spend over €120 on a cream it should be perfect when it arrives. There was a foreign object in the jar. I wouldn’t bother usually sending a complaint to a company but it was very expensive. I sent a message which was ignored. Then followed up with another message a few days later. Was eventually contacted by a customer service rep. Filled out a complaint form, took pics and sent them all to her. Then no response for 5 weeks. I had to go through the customer service on the website and they had to contact her before I got a response for the same rep almost immediately to tell me it was fine and “probably” just some packaging. I wasn’t even going to cause issue at the start but the lack of response and the attitude was appalling. So I’m still out of pocket for the cream which I can’t use because I still don’t know what the foreign object actually was and I’m not putting it on my face. I’ve put the date of my experience as today because the whole process was over 5 weeks long. Waste of time and money.
